The hours of this location are horrible and have been since its opening; they only cater to the downtown business population. As a downtown resident I feel short changed, as this does nothing to serve me, retain a downtown urban population, or encourage future growth of my neighborhood. I love the sandwiches, but this location never seems to be open when Im craving one! 3:00 pm closing time?! At least stay open for an hour or two after business hours for those craving an after-work snack.

Not sure if say "superior". Norwich was warm at best...the ordering process is kind of stupid and not really well stated. But...the price point is ok, and it was tasty considering what I ordered...which came with nothing but the meat...didnt realize it was a line item order...ill try it once more, hopefully more educated in the ways next time.

Walked into this joint as new as they come and the staff was very friendly and patient. I got the #4 black bean sandwich and they prepared it with finesse. There is a sense of sadness that overcomes me in anticipation of eating the last bite. They live up to the title of "superior sandwiches". Great food and stupendous service!

This place is somewhat similar to subway just in the way you order your sandwich but way way better in taste than Subway. On days when it is hard for me to decide what to have for my lunch, this place is the option which I never hesitate to take for lunch.

Ok for a quick bite. My one complaint is that sometimes they forget the shake when I order it, meaning I have to sit around and wait for it when they should have just made it when ordered.

Busy location at noon but fast and friendly service. Great customer service, had a few issues in the past but manager made everything right.

Great sandwiches, but theres almost always an unusually long wait at lunch, and their dining area is often uncomfortably warm.
