Omgggg... I came here straight from work thinking i would treat myself because its been a min since the last time. Well I couldnt even eat my fries... Im not gone lie i wouldve went back but my kids were on their way home. I tried to shake em off in a strainer since this is my 1st n only meal of the day (even though it was 9pm) n i just couldnt. Have you ever went to put salt on something n the lid fell off? Thats how salty it was... Idk if i was more pissed or my feelings hurt more but dannngggg. $4.00 for something i couldnt even eat, ended up making my own. Smh

They still have not quite figured it out yet. I have been to the Five Guys at other locations in the Twin Cities and it is fantastic. For some reason this one the fries are not as crispy and tend to be flimsy as if they are not cooked long enough. I keep trying it over and over thinking the fries will taste like the other locations but they never do. The burgers taste great. Please consider comparing the quality of the fries with the other locations for consistency.

Their food is really good along with the Cajun French fries. And milkshakes. But there were some particular coworkers that stood around and did nothing. But we did have a really nice cashier her name was Asia and she was amazing and no one was helping her make milkshakes and there were two people standing around doing nothing didnt even ask her if she need help but she managed to push them out herself she did the kind of seemed fairly new . But she was amazing

I just ate at the Apple Valley, MN location. The meat was awful. Tasteless and "grissly". The bun was soggy (I took it home to eat) and I had asked for ketchup and mustard and there was none. One redeeming item....the fries were very good. But, man cannot live on fires alone. Ive eaten at 5 guys elsewhere more than a year ago and had no problem. It is possible that they have changed their supplier. I will not go again. Lesson learned.

It is strange for me to give a fast food joint a 5 rating, especially since I can count the number of times Ive eaten at other fast food chains in the last decade fit in one hand. But that said I dont think you can make a greasy style classic fast food burger better than this. And god those fries! One thing I will note is this location seems to be more reliable and have a slightly better menu than any other five guys Ive gone to.

Five guys burgers are always good and some of the best burgers you can get. The one star is for this location and the guy behind the counter. His hands and nails where black and he was wearing a brace on his wrist that was white at one point but now is brown. The manager should never let someone with hygiene issues continue to work there. I dont think he handled our food but the thought was still in your mind.

Bacon cheeseburger served "All The Way", with a side of cajun fries! Delicious! Just as a heads up, the standard here is two patties so come hungry, or order the little burger. Younger crew working, but all the guys are super nice. Also, while here check out the soda machine, I think it literally has 700 choices of soda! Good quality burgers served fast , and with a positive attitude.

When you just want a no-nonsense, diet-busting, all-out burger, this is the one locally to get. This isnt the kind of burger you can eat while driving, heck its messy enough to eat while sitting down, hunched over a table, but thats all part of the fun of eating it. Its a bit of a pricey burger compared to some other chain options, but its much better by far. Enjoy!

These are good burgers; 2 thumbs up from my burger obsessed teenage boy! Thinking this place is actually marketed toward teenage boys since their regular burgers have 2 meat patties and you order a "Little" burger to get only one patty and the french fries are similarly sized. :) Do try the Cajun fries; they are the best!

Worst Give Guys in the country. After 2 tries to get a hamburger and small fries, the order was still not correct. No apology, but was looked at as if I was unreasonable for expecting what was ordered. Place was not busy and was filthy. Not a clean table in sight. Absolutely horrible and very disappointing.

This place is one of my guilty pleasures. Anytime I want a good burger and dont care about the calories I go to Five Guys, get a bacon cheeseburger all the way with extra cheese and bacon, a large Cajun fry, and gorge myself. Come hungry, eat peanuts, eat beef, eat fries, leave fatter and happier.

I go here for gluten free fries and I order my burger without a bun, Im quite sensitive and have never had a problem! Also nice is the multiple choice soda fountain machines here, the type where you can choose from many different flavour combos via touch screen.

Awesome food and service generally. Have only had one mistake out of several visits and that was only a matter of getting the wrong fries. Only complaint is getting the attention of the fry person to get your food from an online order.

Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and your order will get cooked relatively fast. While the food is good, I wouldnt say its super special. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for a burger, fries, and drink.

Fantastic burgers, fries and excellent/friendly service. My favorite order is: Little Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, fresh onions, fresh jalapeños, grilled mushrooms and grilled green peppers. Sublime.

Showed up almost 10 minutes after the opening time of 11 to find that they hadnt opened yet. Sign on the door says 11 but there are employees sitting around inside? Lost a customer and anybody I can tell.

20+ visits since they opened up, been a good spot, usually get served fast. Burgers are great, fries are on the softer side. Gets busy around meal times, popular at lunch with professionals.

Okay food, way overpriced, Fries were better than most and you get way, way more than you can eat with a burger. Maybe cut the fries amount in half and charge less, too? Shakes are good.
