Weve had two bad experiences with this specific location in the past two weeks. The first time we arrived twelve minutes before the store closed to find the doors already locked. It was inconvenient but not the end of the world. Today, however, was just an example of bad service. The first thing my husband said when he returned to the car was that he had a strange experience. The cashier just walked up to the counter without saying anything and stared at him until he ordered. Again, its not necessary to greet people or ask what they would like to order, but its a nice customer service gesture. When we got home his mac and cheese barely edible. It was dry as there was hardly any cheese. Noodles were still completely bare after stirring. Also there were quite a few random other noodles which doesnt affect the taste but it looks less appetizing. His meal looked more like a scrap pail than an appetizing entrée. I imagine well be giving our business to the Potbellys a few doors down from now on. And now that I think about it this was the location I got a buff bowl that was stingier on the spinach than other locations. Dont be disheartened though, the Roseville location is much better with very friendly staff.

All of the dishes Ive tried were really good. The Korean beef noodle dish is the best one so far. The price may be a little high, but one cant complains when youre buying convince. I have had one missing item in a web order and the manager took care of it with a phone call. Customer service is good. Mostly staffed by inexperienced teens. They could speak up a little when talking with customers. All-in-all, a pretty good experience every time.

Food was sub par for Noodles, bread was stale and the order took longer than usual for Noodles. This specific store was quite possibly the dirtiest Noodles I have ever been to. I went for lunch on a Sunday around 11:30, and it looked like they still hadnt cleaned up from the previous few days. The bathroom was the worst of all. Ill avoid this Noodles for a while and keep heading to the Roseville Noodles.

The food tasted good, I had the Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak and Tomato Bisque soup. Noodles and soup both had great flavor and loved the vegetables in the noodles. All the food came out relatively quickly and you got a good portion for the $10 I spent. The only big problem was all the food was only luke warm. I prefer my food hot like it just came out fresh, especially the soup.

The girl behind the counter was really nice. You could tell she went above and beyond her job title. The other staff we came in contact with were snobby and rude. The food while yummy was a very small portion for the size of the bowl. I ordered a regular sized portion of Pad Thai and the bowl was only 1/4 to 1/2 full. If you ask me Id say this place is trying to rip you off.

The staff were quite friendly and the service was fantastic, but I am not sure if the current manager is in the best interest of this business. He was high strung and offensive to the counterstaff and kitchen workers, It was very apparent by the reaction of the staff to this individual. I would highly recommend some remedial training from corporate.

Good food, ok service. The hostess spoke almost too quietly for me to hear. I consistently have something that is not quite right happen each time I come here. Sometimes its a wrong order, sometimes its empty, but messy tables, sometimes its the service. However, I still come back for the food!

Been here twice because its near the hotel where Im staying. First night I got the Pad Thai. It was very tasty. Tonight I had the beef stroganof. It was good, but not as good as the Pad Thai. There are other items on the menu which I plan to try during my stay here.

The food was good, but not excellent. The portion sizes were large, but not a stupendous value. The staff is friendly and efficient, but you wont interact with them much. The background music was loud, but not deafening. It was a generally non-notable experience.

Really expensive for what you get. (no bang for your buck) You could make the same quality of food at home and not spend a bunch of money on a small bowl of noodles. service is friendly, but nothing that really justifies the expense in my opinion.

Theres a variety of menu items and good add-onds, so that you can vary the size of your meal. The service is very fast, and the restaurants themselves are pleasant

My favorite is the Bangkok Curry! Always fresh and tasty no matter what you get. And they carry my favorite wine (Dreaming Tree Cabernet Sauvignon)
