I came here on my Birthday today. We arrived early at around 4:30 pm and were seated in a tight little area with tiny tables. The people on either side of use were so close they were practically in our laps. The entree was very good. The music, however was blaring loudly and we could not hear ourselves think let alone talk. I ordered a piece of cheesecake to go. Instead of bringing the free birthday desert that other birthday tables around us were receiving, they brought a small piece of cheesecake that I paid $8 for and stuck a candle in it for us to share. So I went home with a piece of half eaten cheesecake that was quite pricey on my Birthday. When I asked if I could be at least a bit compensated, they refused and said thats not how they do things. Well Ill tell you how I do things......I do business with your competitors and will not be returning or referring anyone there in the future. How very upsetting this was and how "unspecial" it make me feel on my Birthday. The last time I was there, about a month ago, we were also seated in a very crowded section with tiny tables. I had 2 glasses of chardonnay both with a fruit flies in....Enough is enough.

We had a party of 4 and 2 of us ordered the Tuscan chicken. It came out with no asparagus or sauce and the Farro was overcooked. This is my favorite meal here so I was extremely disappointed and let the waiter know that it wasnt prepared correctly. The manager came and apologized and stated theyd get us new dishes made correctly. Our meals came out way after everyone was done with their meals. We ended up packaging up our meals so we could enjoy cheesecake with our husbands. It was also freezing in the restaurant and everyone was wearing their jackets. Our waiter never came to refill our drinks or bread. We drove over an hour and this was the first time weve had such a bad experience here. They also never took anything off the bill until my husband asked if theyd do anything since we never got to enjoy our meal. The waiters comment was that they took off the first order which wasnt prepared correctly. We couldnt believe hed even make a comment like that. Anyway the manager took off the $7 cheesecake and our meal was $18. Were very dissatisfied with the service.

Started out ok, ordered garlic bread which was good..service was ok. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and when it arrived I was told the plate was very hot which it was but the enchiladas were not, the chicken inside was luke warm at best and the taste was not that great. I only ate not even 1/3 of my plate when the guy came back and basically said hes bringing out boxes and I said no I dont need one and he didnt even question why I left almost all the food still on the plate nor did he offer to take it off. $15 I paid to eat just alittle bit off my plate, what a waste! My husband ordered chicken Alfredo for $20, and that tasted just ok. Then we order desert I got the banana cheese cake to go and since my husband doesnt like cheesecakes he ordered the Godiva brownie with ice cream but he did not say to go because we wanted to eat it there, well the guy did not bring out our brownie he brought out the Godiva cheesecake for my husband and it was all in a to go bag. We just wanted to get out of there so we didnt say anything. Disappointed, not worth coming back.

Went in got seated after 10minute of getting there which was pretty nice our server was extremely nice and patient but who ever cooked our rib-eye clearly could not read the ticket because me and my wife both ordered 1 medium rare and 1 well done steak and what came out what came out was 1 rare(mine) and 1 medium rare(wife). I called the manager and she decided to swap my wifes steak to me and take the other and bring one well done. While they take the other steak to the back I eat the one that was swapped and turned out tasting like it was burnt. I RE called the server and she took the steak and had one RE made. The manager comes back and says sorry about your first experience with us but well give you a free cheese cake. Umm I didnt go there for cheese cake I went there for a delicious steak and hopefully a great experience but clearly the great experience did not happen I still ended up paying 2 full priced steaks and a horrible experience. At this point I feel better going to a Applebees or olive garden then going to this cheesecake factory

Actually this was a take out order on August 14, 2012 at around 8:30p We ordered the calamari and herb-crusted salmon salad. Our total was $29.60 when we got the order home, the salad consisted of 4 stalks of asparagus, some mixed baby greens, 3 wedges of tomato and a piece of salmon. The calamaris grease had soaked through the napkin that was left under it in the plastic container (maybe the cook new it was too GREASY). I was terribly DISAPPOINTED that we paid so much for a little of nothing and a whole lot of grease. The description of the salad in the take out menu states, "Fresh Herb Crusted Salmon Served Chilled on Top of Baby Lettuces, Tomato and Vegetables. Tossed in Our Balsamic Vinaigrette" I wouldve expected more than 4 talks of asparagus for $16.95. I dont know about the Bayshore location, but DONT order TAKE OUT from the Mayfair location unless you want to PAY MORE for LESS! Argghh!!

I was very pleased with my recent visit to the Cheesecake Factory by Mayfair Mall. I went with my girlfriend on a Friday night around 7:30pm. The wait was only about 20 minutes. We were seated at small table for two, but it was fine, we were happy to be seated in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress (Christine M) was excellent. Very kind. The free appetizer bread was very good. I ordered the Burrito Grande and my girlfriend got the Fettucini Alfredo. Both were excellent. We each ate about half, then had the remaining half the next day for lunch. Prices were reasonable. We also ordered the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake to go for the next day, it was also excellent! I would certainly recommend eating here! Another great feature is you could just order the cake if you like, no need to wait for a full meal (weve done that in the past). Well done Cheesecake Factory!

The deserts are good, but the prices are ridiculous and they have cut back significantly. I ordered cheescake and a side of Hot fudge and received a little steel pitcher with a tablespoon of hot fudge for $2.00. I have been eating at the Cheescake factory in multiple states for years and the quality of the food at least at this restaurant has diclined significantly. Smaller portions, higher prices. I ordered the chicken and biscuits which use to be a plate loaded with gravy over chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes with carrots and mushrooms. I has to ask for more gravy twice because there was almost none on the plate and it was very dry. The food was cold by the time I got the gravy. My wifes meal was just as bad. Dessert only from now on.
