Ive been going here for years because I live in the area. My most recent experience was terrible. I was treated disrespectfully by the girl at the cash register after waiting more than an extra 20 minutes past the "pickup" time I was given when ordering online. I understand that things happen but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and offensive. When I called and asked for the manager, Im pretty sure the same girl I felt with at the counter pretended to be the manager and told me if I turned around to come back that shedbgive me a free cookie. WOW. Hire staff that know how to treat customers respectfully. I will not be returning to this location.

Was not greeted. The girl that finally took my order after ignoring me while i was standing there for a few min looking at her. First timer. Asked if the stroganoff was sauscy and she said yes it has aside sauce on it. I asked if it was dry....again she said it had sauce. I gave up! Next order. Asked if a dish had chicken. No answer and then she stated looking around! I ordered chicken noodle soup. Got home well guess what. Noodles were dry and very starchy! Not very good...i can get a better stroganoff from hamburger helper! The soup was starchy also! Rinsing the noodles makes them taste better! First and last time!

Weve had very bad service lately at this Noodles. As locals, we often visit Noodles for lunch and dinner. However, the average turn around time the last 2 visits was over 25 minutes. The employees did not seem to acknowledge the long wait time. We understand during busy times that there are delays, but its difficult to understand when there are only 2 other customers in the restaurant. In situations like this, it definitely makes a difference when the employees make extra efforts to make up for the wait. Unfortunately, this is not the case at the Noodles & Company in Apple Valley.

the last three visits have been terrible. two times were take out and I get home to find stuff missing, or pasta with barely any sauce, or marinara so spicy I could not even dip my bread, and I love spicy. the last visit will probably be my last. I ordered chicken and never got it, told the person bringing the food.....nothing, flagged down another person five minutes later.....nothing. we finished all our food and no chicken. this was at 3:00 in the afternoon and it was not busy. finally walked up to the counter and got a refund.

I go in to pick up a take out order they tell me it will be 5 minutes. Well I sit and wait and everyone that comes in after me is getting there food before me..... so finally after 15 minutes I go up to the counter and ask if my food is ready. Yep guess what it was sitting there the whole time and of course its cold. Didnt say sorry or anything. And to top it off you have people on ladders changing light bulbs in the front and back where food is being prepared now that is disgusting. Wont be eating from there ever again.

Had a great variety of noodles. We were just tourists in the area and didnt know how their system worked. E.g. you had to get the cutlery from the the cutlery station. The staff was very friendly and assisted preparing our meal. I would give 5 stars to the staff. The food that we ordered was good and very tasty. Only critique would be that it was a little on the salty side for my taste. Otherwise, great experience.

Food is average to below average. Staff is a roulette, sometimes you will get a welcoming individual, other times you get the exact opposite. Basically had my silverware thrown at me along with dismissive behavior last time I came. Also noticed cup provided for water still had soap in it a little too late, so I had to deal with a burning soap aftertaste for a day.

Staff is a hit or miss, been there several times some are open and welcome you and ask if you want extras with a smile, others just there for a check. Food is the same some times great other times not so great but still good. Overall Ill still go there but dont expect the best service and the best food all the time.

I came in and ordered Indonesian Peanut noodle then order taker suggested chicken to complement my dish. Had it to go, got home looking forward to eat the noodle dish with the chicken that order taker had suggested but there was no chicken in the bag to be found. Talk about a bait-and-switch!

Noodles & Company is one of my favorites. The wait is usually short and the food is always great! This location isnt ever too busy which is nice. They have one of the fancy pop machines that have different flavor shots that you can add, which is fun. A great stop for lunch or dinner!

As a rule, the food is very good - About what youd expect from a fast-casual restaurant. I would strongly suggest checking the order very carefully before leaving this particular Noodles & Co. location. In my experience, they get it right less than half the time.

Every time I come to this location, they get my order wrong. They are understaffed all the time. They dont give me items that I order and then I have to go all the way back to get it. I would not recommend this location. Try Eagan.

Sometimes its a hit or miss with some of the dishes. I would hope it would taste the same every time I order, not always the case. I guess some times you just have take a chance and hope it wont be bland.

Very disappointing, as I normally am very happy!! My sons kids meal was cold, and has was not given a napkin. I ordered potstickers, they were barely warm!! Very disappointing.

Timely, fun, no wait. Can be described as a "kid" place as the children loved it and the pasta/noodle fare on the menu. Just dont expect a fancy meal.
