Food is standard, but my gripe is with the service. I understand its Noodles, but this particular location is consistently understaffed, so lines are backed up, and to-go and call in orders are regularly prolonged. I called in an order for our business a day prior to the pick up and waited 30+ minutes the day of to pick it up because I failed to call the same day to verify the pick up, or remind them of the order..? Additionally a to-go order placed today sat unattended for just under 10 minutes while one cook made orders and another staffer worked the register and preparing to-go orders. Hire more staff so that your stations are filled and people arent waiting in excess of 10 minutes for food it takes roughly 3 to prepare and plate.

As a U of M alumni, I was sadly disappointed with this Noodles and Company location that I used to frequent often as an undergrad, while bringing my younger siblings to explore the campus. The cashier shortchanged my younger brother and flat out refused to believe us after explaining the situation to her repeatedly. It wasnt about the money it was about her unwillingness to believe that she might have made an honest mistake. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning to this location again.

I havent been to Noodles and Company for over a year, but now Im surprised and delighted to find that theyve updated and added new items in their menu and theyre all very tasty! Love the fact that they keep innovating and being creative, that they keep customers in mind, listen to the customers and strive to improve their food options, quality and services!

There is an Asian guy who works there at 07/21/17 around 5pm. He lied to me about the survey code and keep it for himself. He said the system changed but I am highly sure it was a liar. It was terrible and disappointed.

First time there paid about $9 for a Thai Hot Pot which turned out to be a 1/3 full bowl of sweet and watery green curry with 2 bites of noodle. Eventually had to go somewhere else to FINISH my lunch for another $9.

Just like every Noodles, but heres what I recommend. Korean Spicy Noodles OR Penne Rosa Parmesan crusted chicken Parm cheese Side Caesar. Then make a great flavor combination in the soda machine!

Have never been charged for extra sauce. Not on menu for a charge nor posted. Claimed in effect for one year yet have not been charged this in Cottage Grove. Will not come to this location again.

really nice place ! but maybe it is time to buy new forks and spoons they look super old and dirty even they are washed ! the food is noodle but good one but the price is expensive !
