I used to love The Burger Place. They moved locations and things changed. The food is still amazing. I still have yet to find a better burger anywhere. Seriously, these things are m effing awesome. However, at the new location it takes FOREVER to get your food. It was a 45 minute wait today to get a burger. Keep in mind this is at the peak lunch hour in the skyway system downtown, but thats pretty much the only time I have available to get food during the day. As I write this theyve been in the new location for about 3 months and, for the sake of these amazing burgers, I will hold hope that they are still working out some kinks. These are really good burgers but if you have to spend 45 minutes waiting you might just be too angry to enjoy your food. So, if you want a great burger, either bring a snack to keep you alive while you wait or try and get there early.

They throw your food in a box like your cattle. They make the sandwiches so sloppy you can barely pick it up out of the box, and if you complain, the owner will argue with you about why your are unhappy. I tried the breakfast, very greasy and took it back, tried the chicken sandwich very sloppy and just so so, they still cook it with the burgers so you get the greasy burger taste on your grilled chicken, and today I tried the grilled cheese (thinking they cant mess that up), and it was made with that oil they put on the grill instead of butter or marg. and the bread tasted so bad of the oil I had to throw out and to top off the oil taste the cheese was not melted very good just enough to keep the bread from pulling apart and the fries were ice cold. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Orders Carelessly taken. Was good. Not anymore. I have been going here for burgers since the old location. Prices keep climbing. The last 3 times I have gone here, they messed up the order. I get the daily specials and they still mess it up. Cashiers are trying to work to fast and they do NOT listen and they just ring in whatever they feel like. The times that this has happened it wasnt ever super busy in there for this to be a simple mistake. Disappointed, going down hill and fast!

This is one of my favorites places for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast options are reasonable as are lunch options. Very good Angus burgers and huge portions of fries! One thing to be mindful of, they dont usually allow substitutions or even subtractions when it comes to the daily specials.

the burger isnt as good as it used to be. its now over priced and i would not go again. there used to be something about the fries and burger. now its just like any other place. the patty was very thin, the lettuce and tomato was very sloppy put on.

Overly Expensive! Ive had their burgers here and have never really been impressed. Today I decided to get some onion rings and was charged $4.40 for 12 onion rings. This will be the last time I go here. Prices are way to high for what you get.

Tasty burgers but the vegetarian patty is dry. For this price youd rather go to SmashBurger where the veggie patty is freshly cooked and not a reheated frozen item. The side salads are mediocre at best.

Good burgers, quick service. Dont expect a dinner style burger. Think curbside service burger. The daily specials are by far best value, burger, fries and a soda for ~$9. Hard to beat that downtown

Good greasy burgers fast with fries/salad included. Lots of variety of burger toppings. Its a nice hybrid of fast food and restaurant quality. Not much ambiance but thats not what you came for.

Horrible :( staff needs an attitude adjustment and they never smile. Plus how can you call yourself the burger place if you sell everything under the sun? Many better options than this wannabe.

The burger selection is large and the fries are very good. Service is very fast. Im not a fan of the precooked hamburgers. They are a bit dried out, but they do use a very good bun.

Their regular burgers (bacon & cheese) is just regular... nothing special. I like my burgers ready to eat without adding any spices (salt & pepper).
