I have been to this place 5 times now since moving to the area and my food has been wrong 4 out of 5 times plus i sat there sunday morning until 735 am waiting for some loser to show up for work so i could get the croissants my wife wanted for breakfast before I finally gave up and went to white castle.She must do this a lot on Sunday according to others waiting that morning.There is a rude african american manager trainee working there on days that doesnt belong in retail .The lone bright spot here is Brittany she at least gets the smile right and gives out free food to make up for the others .

Went to order and wanted to get a meal with a shake. Their shake machine was down, no big deal. So I asked just for the burger and fry. She rang up a small fry. I asked her to change it to a meal with no drink (since its the same price as a burger and small fry), since I wanted a large. She started rambling on about something, then said it is cheaper just to get the meal. Um, yeah, thats what I was saying...So I ordered my other food pulled around. Should have checked the bag because my order was wrong, of course, there was a small fry. Ugh! And my chicken fries were ice cold! :/

I just want to share with you guys. I went burger king located moundsview Mn county I with my kids to have ice cream there were very rude un professional I didnt get what i order and pay for it, when i ask she started raise her voice and yelling. I ask the lady if I can speak to manager and she call the manager. The manager was awfull and horrible lady that I will never forget please please dont go their. I wish I will give them training how to deal with customer service and be polite and respectful.

Worst BK ever!!! Every time i come here i know what to expect. Never order nuggets from this one they r always soo dryed out n old.. and no matter what u order u will b asked to drive around and wait! Iv ordered a smoothy and soda and had to pull around and wait 5 minutes. Iv waited so long for food i had to go in and ask about it multiple times! The employees at this one all seem like their on drugs and do not care about customers at all! Iv been here soo many times just for convenience

I made my order, paid, sat 7 minutes and then the drive through person asked me to pull around front and they would bring my food out. I did. Another person finally brought the food out 7 additional minutes later. I asked her if the receipt was in the bag so I could call someone, and she said it was. Got home, order was wrong and NO receipt. I will call the store manager in the morning. It appears McDonalds is starting to look better and better in Moundsview?

Pretty good for a BK. The day manager here knows how to run a BK. Never had a problem with the food quality or unreasonable wait times here. The seating is uncomfortable, but thats the trend in fast food restaurants lately. I dont care for the soda machine they have - seems like even if I purge a gallon or two of Coke through the nozzle before filling my cup, It always tastes like its contaminated with a different flavor product.

I wish i could leave a Zero.......soooooooo gross. Just tried to talk to the manager Brittney and she pretended to act like she couldnt hear me then some guy gets on the phone and says call back ...bad connection!! Then they wouldnt answer. The sandwichs were burnt. But when we were able to talk to some one they said it was because the grease was old! So why wouldnt they change the grease. Ugh!!! Thanks for the worst service ever.

Even for a burger king, this one is just plain lousy. No mayo packets, cold fries, and the staff seem less than interested in cleanliness. I dont expect high quality from a b.k. but there is a low expectation threshold. Go across the street to Super America and get a microwave burger. Youll be happier. Hey burger king, fire the manager and get someone competent!

Decent food but its like the manager doest actually manage because on 6 of the last 8 occasions employees are just "hanging out" with people in the parking lot coming in and out of the trash building. the employees really dont have any sense of common curtesy, and its just kind of lousy service as if we are SUCH A PAIN going through the drive through.

Decent experience. Sandwich looked like it was shaken before wrapped up and there was close to no BBQ sauce on it. Seems like the GM is trying to get his people on the back to follow the right processes but there is still some work to do. I wont plan to go out of my way to come back but if I am in the area I will stop by again.

They always forget the cheese when I pay additional for cheese, always old food, expired pie, and my friends got sick immediatley after eating here and I mean vomiting sick and diareah.Do they even wash their hands? always too much mustard. stale bread. cold burger. tiny piece of bacon on my BACON burger.

Been eating here for my whole life and its seldom given me any grievance. Service inside and in the drive through is usually fast, even when busy. Orders have been mistaken a handful of times in over 10 years of eating here. My only complaint is that sometimes fries arent done enough or are too salty.

Employees hanging out in the parking lot. Manager hopping out of a car after she was visiting with someone, eyes totally messed up! Then being the second time being here, a girl coming out of the mens bathroom, again! Nobody at counter. Walked out and didnt order, who knows how safe the food is!

For the most part, it has been good. But, for the past couple of times Ive ordered, I wound up with either cold fries or cold burgers. To go, of course, so not worth driving another 8 miles to complain. They should never serve a cold burger or fries. Ohhh, no receipt either.

One of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been too. Three times in a row now they have failed to get my order correct. They always seem to forget that if I order "Large" fries I expect to get a large fries, not a small. Absolute pain to get these folk to fix anything.

The worst customer service I have ever from ANY fast food place EVER. I came in to complain about the customer service and the MANAGER told me "get the f*** out, this is private property" TRUST ME, GO TO ANOTHER BURGER KING IF YOU HAVE THE TIME.

Horrible I always ask for no tomatoes I always get tomatoes. I asked for a double whopper with cheese and a extra slice of cheese got charged for it but my burger had no cheese. This place has become trash!! Im going to McDonalds from now on!!

I try to avoid going here. Its a shame cause they do have good salads that is when the chicken is cooked all the way. I see there hiring some new people looks like there trying to clean the place up. One can only hope it keeps moving forward.
