This is honestly the worst White Castle I have ever been to. Not because of the food but the service. Every time we go there, we go through the drive through and the service is SOOOO slow! Last night we went there for dinner, waited for 5 minutes to even get our order in, then waited in line (2 other cars in front of us) for more than 20 mins!!! Finally we left- along with 3 other people that were in line with us!! Please talk to management to get service faster. I dont have time to sit there and wait. I go there for something quick and easy. Staff is always very friendly but im not sure how they are cooking the burgers because it takes FOREVER!!!!

We waited about 30 minutes at the drive-in order spot and an we be with you in a minute did not happen. We were hoping that anybody came to take our order but nobody came on the order phone. People in front and behind us left with no ordering anything and about 2 weeks ago we ordered the slider package and found hairs in it. That is the most bad customer service and we never go to this place again. Cant we expect good service when we buy food there? It looks they dont care about customers or are understaffed. definitely not to recommend :(

I saw another review that said the food was extra soggy and tasted like battery acid. Well yea, it is White Castle. The burgers are called sliders for a reason, and its not because thy are fluffy and healthy. Mmmm, now Ive got the crave and I think Ill be going heading here today for lunch. Ive been to this location often. Theyve always been quick on orders. The prices have gone up too much over the years though. Its crazy the costs for such small sized portions. But that is true now for all White Castle locations.

Staff has downs. No answer at the drivethrough so I went in. Me and another dude were in line and once the cashier was done taking my order he left to do something more important than taking the next guys order. After a few minutes of NO ONE taking the guys order he left lol. While waiting for my food another customer came in and said she waited for 5 mins at the drivethrough with no answer. Anther customer came in and their order was wrong. Food was good though.

I typically enjoy going to White Castle because I seem to have the best breakfast however on this particular day and at this particular location what would normally take me 5 to 7 Minutes end up taking 15 minutes for me to place order through drive-thru and there was only one car ahead of me and even after I order that car was still waiting for their order I completely dont understand what the holdup was

My first time at white Castle. I used the drive thru. My order was completely wrong minus getting my moz stick. I had to drive back and come inside with my receipt. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with fries ans received a 3 pack burger meal with onion chips. They corrected my order and let me keep the wrong food even thou I gave it away bc I dont like that kind of food. The food was decent

Ive been hooked on the crave since I was a teenager (many moons ago). Theres just something about those tiny burgers that keeps me coming back for more. I really like the Blaine location on Baltimore St. since we moved to Fridley. The employees there are really nice. Keep up the good work you guys and gals. Thanks!

Depends on who working. I always call 5-10 minutes ahead. Most of the time its ready to go by the same WONDERFUL and friendly. But once in a while a while its a different crew and theyll start making it when I get there, even if I call in adavance, even if no ones there. Makes me late for work.

Bacon jam slider is disgusting! No info on menu board to specify bacon flavor jam!! Totally screwed on this $6 order. Will not go white castle ever again!! Great service, fast n friendly! Good warm food too! However, its been over 5yrs since my last visit to a WC and totally remember why.

They have been pretty consistent. We like their breakfast. Customer service is good. But they do need to work on having fresher fries. They cook too many ahead and let them sit. Ive even seen them dump small boxed fries into medium boxes. Not cool. Sandwiches are always fresh though.

Once again they got it wrong... I even went in! Amazing the lack of attention to the ticket. If I did that at my restaurant it would cost me my tip. These people just dont care enough to pay attention to special instructions. Not even for someone that spent 75.00 at there place.

Highly not recommended to noisy at night on the evening shift coffees usually hot but if you like coffee grounds then its good otherwise I wouldnt recommend anybody else to go there long wait for food nasty service from some of the cashiers not recommended

They have horrible customers service and they do not know how to cook their food we were calling them to inform them and they will not answer are calls. Then when you call the 1800 the crave number they are no help at all.

Every time I order mozzarella sticks and ongion chips I get a bunch of marinara sauce but no zesty for my ongion chips NEED SAUCE FOR ONGION CHIPS thats the only reason I get them
