First of all I am not one to write bad reviews, but burger jones in burnsville really worked for it this time. Went in on Friday night around 8 and noticed the patio was closed. A little weird being that its mid august and beautiful outside, but not a deal breaker. Anyway, we headed in and briefly waited to be seated, they found a dirty booth, and seated us at it. Climbing over the food chunks on the seat, we got settled in and awaited our waitress. Ordered a couple beers and the sup-par nachos. The uncomfortable yuppie, hipster, atmosphere, with weird music and odd decor on the walls is a nice touch while waiting for your drinks and appetizer. This wasnt totally off putting so we decided to power through it. After 20 minutes of decifering the menu we figured out what to order. My girlfriend got the black and bleu burger, which was a wonderful combination of back of a cheap limo liquor and perfume smell, plus vomit on a early morning hangover. Luckily our waitress only took 20 mins to check in to see how the food tasted. Needless to say we tried to return it, but even they said they didnt want it back. Luckily all purchases are final an we were charged for the black, bleu, and vomit burger. I however got the white trash burger and the waffle fries which were both suprisingly edible. After we had split my burger up, we ordered a couple more beers which tasted like a mix of soap water and angry orchard. I ask for a couple of new mich golden lights, but she just took them away. When I got the bill it was only 64.96 for terrible service and awful food. WHAT A DEAL I thought! Luckily I had just purchased the blaze card and was able to take $10 off my bill. All in all I think they need to bring back blockbuster into that location, because at least you could get good service and a decent tasting bag of popcorn and a movie for your money. Go to smash burger or mcdonalds, really any place but here is good, just not here, definitely not here.

Ive tried numerous Burger places in Minnesota. And this one stands out among the rest in my oppinion. As I walked in I noticed the rustic look of the inside of the restruant it had a good atmosphere it was quiet or plain it was nice. It is similar to places like Fudruckers or Buffalo wild wings. So now lets get to the bare bones of it the taste of the burgers. My expectations were high and I wanted to compare it to Fudruckers. I ordered a simple cheese burger with red onions and applewood smoked bacon, with a side of fries. When the burger came it had a Burger Jones stamp on the bun itself which I thought was an interesting touch. It came with a knife in case I wanted to cut it up. Because I ordered the Double Jones it was almost a whole pound of meat. And the other cool aspect was you could customize your sand which with different meats and toppings. This place is good for anyone who is a avid burger enthusiast and a person who likes to customize your food. But remember this when you add toppings it adds to the price mine came up to almost 19 dollars so be prepared to pay around $40+ for two.

The burgers are good, but the a la carte pricing really adds up quickly. Their "Late Night BJ" combo of a burger and fries at a reduced price is a good value. Service has been hit or miss the four times weve eaten there, with more misses than hits, but nothing too horrible. I wish I could give negative stars to the ownership. I saw on the news that theyre stealing a percentage of credit card tips left for your server in the name of recouping credit card fees. In other words, if you tip your server $8 on your credit/debit card, the server wont get the full $8 -- the owners will keep a percentage for themselves. While it seems like this shouldnt be legal, apparently good ol Guv Pawlenty pushed through a change in the law when he was in office making it legal for employers to steal money designated for their employees. Do your server a favor and tip them in cash.

We were in Burnsville looking for a place to eat and came upon this spot. I was a little skeptical but we gave it a try - and liked it! They have a decent selection of mainly local and regional beers. They also have a full bar. I tried the Sucker Punch, which was fruity and light (with actual fruit in it). Perfect for a summer day. We both had burgers and shared an order of fries. (Sides do not automatically come with sandwiches.) Everything was really good. We sat on the patio which was nice, even though you are looking at a parking lot. There are lots of flowers. Theres a pergola and umbrellas to offer some shade on a sunny day. Smoking is not allowed on the patio, but dogs are. Perfect for us! The inside has a bar side and dining side. Both have dark vinyl booths and some tables. Welllikely be back!

I went in not knowing what I was walking into, I only knew I wanted a burger. The hostess walked me through the menu. She was really cheery and helpful. I ended up ordering the burger of the month. I ordered my burger medium rare to-go. The bag of food was packed very well, "I had a few sauces that would have leaked everywhere if they didnt double up on the packaging." The burger was excellent, cooked perfect! I did sit in the bar while I was there and watched some football and had a drink while I waited. The atmosphere is something I would definitely like to come back and eat in. The food was ready in about 10min! Very happy I decided to walk in and check it out!

My parents and nephew visited from out of state, we were looking for a good burger place. I remember seeing this on some food network show so we decided to give it a try. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our waiter Brian was awesome. The place was clean and welcoming. He let us taste the sauces to decide which one we liked. He recomended the queen burger it was fabulous! The sweet potato fires with the chipotle sause was out of this world! Lastly we topped it off with the milk shakes, we got 2 different kinds and the four of us shared they were big enough for all of us to enjoy. I will be back!!!

After a few of the amazing drinks that others on here have mentioned I suppose the food might be considered ok. The burgers and the nachos were lacking any substantial flavor worth remembering. The oreo milkshake was the consistency of a half dozen oreos soaking in a glass of milk. The atmosphere....well lets just say that the wallpaper was almost as cool as Mc Donalds, and I hate Mc Ds. This place lacks any value or class and will not last if they cant turn out a decent tasting burger worth buying for $9!!!!!!! (fries not included)

As a family, we have enjoyed the couple of times we have been there. We like the unique burgers they have. We tried the sloppy Jones, fried zucchini, and breaded mushrooms. The zucchini and sloppy Jones were good. The mushrooms were not that good and I think would be better with a breading like the zucchini. Service was good. Bathrooms were clean. I really appreciate that in the womens restroom they have a full size changing table. And the restrooms have always been clean when we have gone during the day and night.
