Ordered food to go....my kids chicken fingers were burnt. I called the restaurant to let them know...no answer. I called back 15 minutes later, still no answer so I left a message leaving my name, number & what happened. I repeated my phone number & asked for a return call. They NEVER called me! We will never be back. Bad food & bad customer service! There are way too many good restaurants that I will never waste my time or money here again! If they would have corrected the situation I would have given them another chance...but they dont really care about customers. Talk about a bad way to start a business!! Major fail!!

Probably the worst service I have ever had!! Asked why... Was told two people quit, this was to be their last day -- they didnt show up. Another staff person just didnt show up!! Dirty dishes everywhere!! Burgers were flavorless, smashfries and shakes were ok, but we were finished with our meals before we got our shakes !! Honestly, we wish we had gone to Five Guys where it is always good!! We wish we had our money back!!

Ordered food...bacon avocado club...received order...no avocado...onion stack was nasty not cooked all the way sopping in grease...had coupons wouldnt let me use them...and the reason I have the coupon in the first place was because they really messed up one time...obviously they just cant figure it out...sorely disappointed! Love the food...usually...not today...wont be back to this location!

Excellent service. My standards are high and they were met or exceeded. The food was what I expected, and delivered hot. Brad in particular was very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are small; the location was rather warm, and it seems like they could benefit from some additional staff during meal rushes, service was on the slower side compared to other places Ive been.

Food has been going downhill here used to be really good. Had take out tonight, sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I could get someones attention to hand me the bags. My burger was dry and came with literally 1/4 of a whole onion on it. Fried pickles were cold and soaked in a pile of oil. Five Guys is next door youre better off heading there.

I just stopped at this restaurant for lunch. Ordered, sat down (in a mostly empty restaurant), and waited. After a half hour of waiting patiently for my burger, I asked for and received my money back. The supervisor was very polite, but had no idea where my order had gone. Basically, I burned up my lunch break waiting for a meal that was not coming.

Great customer service and fast order fulfilment Always trying to make things right if something doesnt turn out. We had an order get messed up via foodsby but the manager gave us a free meal coupon. I enjoy the classic smash burger and the Oreo milkshake is the BEST. Dont forget the smash fries! Amazing!

Ordered our food, came out incorrect, with no sides. Once notified they said they would reheat our sides so they were fresh. We waited and then we saw our sides on the window and no one was on the floor, so we grabbed them ourselves. Disappointed.

This was my first time here and I had the truffle mushroom and swiss beef burger. The meat was really well seasoned, and the burger was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful as it was our first time. I will definitely be back!

Used to be a mixed bag, but it appears they have a dedicated staff now. When first opened would have the occasional messed up order, but lately its been right and done quickly every time. Best fries!

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, got chicken with mayo and the chicken was literally the saltiest piece of chicken I have ever had. Fries tasted like day old fries. Would not recommend coming here

Great addition to this strip mall. Nice selection and even some nice vegan options. Nice to see at a burger joint. I see beer on the menu for this location. Not sure if all locations have that.
