It took a few minutes for the man working at the register to notice I was standing there because he had his backed turned and was listening to music via headphones. Then, after I had placed my order, I overheard a kitchen guy say they didnt have any bean burgers. I asked the man at the register if that was true because nobody directly told me and he just said "I guess so". So, I just got the shake and fries, even though they never asked me if I wanted a different burger or if I even wanted my fries and shake. The shake was super salty (it was salted caramel, but still) and the fries lacked flavor. I only got those two items and it took a long time. Wish I had just skipped the visit altogether.

My wife and I visited this Smashburger as we were new to the area, and always enjoyed Smashburger. When we arrived the entire place was a ghost town with no wait, which was great. Later we would realize why. As our food arrived we were assaulted with a gastronomical amount of salt on both our burgers. Both her and I could not finish our food as both of our tongues felt like slugs being murdered on a hot summer day by a mean suburban house wife allergic to slugs. All and all, we will not be revisiting this house of salt hell. F+

Disgustingly dirty restaurant. Trash all over inside kitchen with discarded food, looked like whole garbage can had been dumped on floor and all workers completely ignored. Inside eating area, spilled drinks on floor in several locations, food and baskets left piled on tables, garbage on floor, and tables dirty. Person delivering food not washing hands between picking up dirty dishes and bringing out food to customers. So DISGUSTING!!! Will never step foot in here again!!!!

Staff was very courteous, my first burger came out tasting like pure salt. The front staff said its some new seasoning they use. So I guess smashburger is copying McDonalds. Not good. The remake burger was much better but both burgers were dry. Maybe its because you should not smash the juices out of a hamburger. Ever. I made burgers at home yesterday and they were ten times better. The staff was good though. Service was fast both times.

I was very unimpressed. I was eager to try this place after hearing ads on the radio for it (KFAN). I ordered their "big" bacon cheeseburger ($8) and in all honesty it was just a regular sized burger by most standards. The food tasted good but I found it over priced for the portions. They have an interesting take on fries, I thought they tasted good. Overall I should have stuck with what I know and gone across to street to 5 guys.

Its the attitude of the staff that ruins this location. Smash burger has decent food but the staff continuously act unprofessional and its likely due to lack of proficient management. The cashier hates his job (understandable) and the guys in the kitchen werent wearing gloves when I was waiting for my meal. I advise five guys up the road for a better spot for a burger or a different smash burger.

The food always good but we got here at 8:15pm they close at 10pm. All the chairs where up on the tables, they where shooing away people that werent paying with card. Also the lights where off. The staff was kind of stand offish and it was just not a good time sitting in the dark eating.

This location used to be good and its gone down hill the last year and a half. Dry burgers, very greasy fries, incorrect orders, and today I found a hair on my burger! I was offered a refund and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but I wont be coming here again.

Ordered 2 burgers second one had to be asked for. Ordered 2 beers had to ask for then after eating half the burger. Ordered avacato burger it came without avacato. Ordered barbecue burger the cover must have fallen off the salt shaker, it wasnt edible.

The food is great and the Smashfries are no exception. The company needs to change to a slightly thicker size fry though. Something like McDonalds size (and I dont eat at McDonalds unless I feel Ive wronged someone and deserve to be punished).

The food was good but expensive for basically fast food. The cashier and server were rude. I didnt see a smile or hardly a word from them even after they brought the wrong food, then mine by itself, then my wifes a couple minutes later.

Waited in the parking lot til 15min after 10am to make sure they were ready and open. Went to the door and it was still locked. Everything looked on inside but no one to be found inside. Had to settle for subway around corner.

Showed up for burgers at 9:45, the door was already locked and the staff inside stared at us, chuckling. Hire some adults that can understand what closing time means. You guys lost a nice sale from our hungry family.

In general I love smashburger! In my opinion this location is the least of my favorites. The Roseville location is the best for me. I like my burger well done and sometimes they need to be told more than once.
