Main issue this Pizza Hut is that there are better options in each strata throughout Mankato. Not to mention that this pizza hut is carry-out and delivery only. Want cheap? Go Little Caesars. Want quantity? Go Papa Murphys. Want quality? Go Pagliais. Want artisan style? Go Dinos. Want something at 3am? Go Garys. There are tons of pizza options in Mankato. Beyond those mentioned already there are Papa Johns, Toppers, Pizza by the Slice, Caseys, Godfathers (in Saint Peter), Jakes... As well as a couple more options by MSU. Pizza Hut is an "alright" option but not a first choice in any category. The pizza is fine, but mediocrity isnt a recommendation point and while I cant comment on the phone ordering (since I order online), the ordering process is ok but still its faster and easier to order through Dominos. Personally I have never had any issues with their pan pizza, but I will say I detest their pizza box (which can easily open inside your vehicle) and finding the best deal can be a pain. Overall, its an "all-right" choice, but really there are just better options in Mankato.

Bad customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas on the 9-20-15 and had to wait a total of three hours. It was after the Vikings game... They claimed that they were low on staff and would be happy to give me the pizzas for free. I called in multiple times to the location only to have the manager answer on the third time I called him and he said the reason it was taking so long was because they ran out of the sauce I wanted for the pizza. The problem was they already had charged my card. I still have not been refunded over a week later, called the customer service line 4 times. What do I have to do to get the manager and Pizza Hut to live up to customer expectations...???

Its fine unless you order a pan pizza... I have on two occasions ordered pan pizza from this location....(my favorite) and both times its been extremely doughy/raw in the middle. The manager on one occasion telling me that he "made the pizza himself and doesnt know how that could have happened" I dont know if this is an issue with the oven temperature or speed of their conveyor belt oven but every other type of pizza I have ordered from here has been good. For my money if I am ordering chain restaurant pizza I order Dominos new handmade pan pizza...It (to me anyways) tastes better and I have never gotten one that was under cooked. The price is better too.

$40 for two pizzas (one pep with stuffed crust, one cheese) and an order of breadsticks! I suppose the price would have been justified if it was great pizza but the quality was a couple ticks above frozen pizza at best. Its been a long, long time since I have ordered from here and after this experience, Little Caesars and Dominos have my business from here on out! The delivery guy was patient and food was delivered well within the time frame. Thats the only good I have to say, the rest was like getting pumped for grandmas cookies but getting store brand crap... Not Aldis tho, their verion of Orieos are spot on.

Ordered 4 pizzas, took longer than quoted to be delivered. Once we got the pizzas one of them was not even close to what we had ordered. Called the "local" number for Pizza Hut and got a calling center which said they would have the local store call me right away. Over an hour later I had not gotten a call so I called the "local" number again. I was put on hold several times and then finally told they would need to hang up due to a computer issue but would call me back immediately. Its been over an hour again and still no call back. First and last time I order from them.

Ordered extra sauces for an additional $3 and they didnt come with the pizza. Tried calling the Mankato Pizza Hut and got directed to a customer service line. The first thing he asked "would you like to file a complaint?" Finally after being on hold for 5 minutes, I talked to the store manager. I told him I want the sauces I ordered and he said he would have someone deliver them out. Its been 30 minutes since we talked and we still have not received the sauces.... this is not the first time Ive had this experience. Ordering from dominoes next time.

I usually enjoy Pizza Hut but lately they havent been that good. I signed up Hut Lovers to get the free cheese bread sticks. With that order we were suppose to get 2 marinara sauce cups and we didnt get them. Also, the cheese bread sticks werent cheesy or anything. They were just regular bread stick with garlic flavoring on them. I also put in the instructions to call once they got here since I live in a upper apartment. They didnt call at all, I just heard some banging downstairs and happened to look outside to see the Pizza Hut logo outside.

Just ordered some wings and bread sticks. When I opened my box of bread sticks there was no marinara sauce. When I called to ask for I cup I never once got an apology. Instead I got an attitude that to me seemed like I was inconveniencing the manager on duty. When I finally got to eating my bread sticks were very doughy and clearly under cooked. Ive had good service and good food from this store before but tonight they just didnt seem to care.

I used to order every Sunday for our family but since they have been bought our by a company that only uses a call service it is horrible! The service is horrible, I thought I would give them a try one more time and I ordered at 6:30 and and if still has not gotten here and it is 9:30! I tried to call the call center who have said they would have the Mankato manager call us and they have not called I did this three times!!!

Placed an order through the call center asking specifically for a dine in location since we were driving through Mankato on our way home to the twin cities. When we arrived at the store, they are NOT a dine in and then wouldnt even comp us a 2 liter to eat our pizza in our car in 95 degree heat. "Nothing I can do about it." We left without our pizza...

Pizza Hut delivers us quality pizza about 80% of the time. Their prices are higher than any other local pizza vendor. They refused to let us slightly alter a coupon even when we offered to pay extra, which in this case was unreasonable of them. I like their pizza but their service and price are less than perfect

2 hours to deliver 2 pizzas in a small town lol....they subcontract there order takers who are rude and hang up on you...than shift managers are full of excuses for the bad customer service! Will never order from Mankato pizza Hut again and suggest that you dont as well

Overpriced mediocrity, at best. No dining room; carry-out or delivery only. Ordered from here once; dont intend to again. As another reviewer has helpfully pointed out, there are numerous far better options for pizza in Mankato.

I was told my $40 gift certificate had a $0 balance because it was 1 time use only (NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME), and I had made an $18 order with it the previous week. NOT GOOD!
