I was craving fried chicken today. Almost went to a nearby fried chicken establishment but the reviews there were terrible, I mean - how are they staying in operation? But Anyway, this is a review for chick fil-a. I have never been to one (yes, you read that right) but heard they were great and the service was incredible. So, I pull up to the drive thru and their line is very long. The parking lot was packed! A gal standing outside takes my order with a smile on her face!?!? The guy at the window hands me my order....with a smile on his face!?!? Then you pull up to a gentleman standing outside handing out condiments, and with a smile on his face. :-o This all happened in about 3 minutes. Considering the line wrapped around the building - this is exceptional! I imagine many of their locations provide only the best service. The rest of the food industry should take note. Could you imagine receiving amazing service everywhere you went??? No, I didnt think so. New customer for life.

I love Chick-fil-a. This was my first time experiencing this location, and I was SO impressed! The employees working the counter were eager to take orders, making sure to keep the line moving fast, even though there really wasnt ever a line b/c theyre on top of their game. The food was great and was ready quickly. They even brought the food to me when I sat down. I had three different people stop by my table to ask if I needed a refill or any sauces. I was offered a free sample of a breakfast item, and later a free sample of their brownie dessert. I noticed that this entire staff worked as a team to make sure that every customer was talked to. Its a very clean location with fresh flowers on every table. The Best Chick-fil-a Ive ever been to! Every fast food restaurant should be like this!

So annoyed with your take out service. Place was super crowed and drive through was full so I parked at Target and ran in. Looked in the bag and it all looked good, drove all the way home only to find my chicken nuggets were breaded and not grilled. I know my bad for not standing there and opening every item but dang it would be nice if the counter could get an order right. Had to drive all the way back and girl at the counter [with huge smile] just says sorry! She told managers when she went back and they did nothing, didnt come over and say a word to me. Way to own your mistake!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. The food is always fresh, the employees are always friendly and fast and the food is a great value. If you want to beat the rush time for lunch you must get there between 10:30 and 11:15 a.m.. Otherwise you will sit in a fairly long line. This restaurant is family-oriented lots of kids and lots of noise.

Fantastic, fresh food served with genuine kindness. I dont know what this store does to inspire their employees but jeeze - theyre the nicest around! Ive been pretty regular here since this location opened and theyve only messed up my order once. So fast and fresh ever time I just dont know how they do it! Keep it up!

Really great service, they are always packed in the drive through but they are fast and have never messed up an order of mine which is saying a lot for fast food places! The drive through microphone is also super clear and easy to understand which is always a huge benefit so there is no struggle to make your order.

I was truly impressed today when I met my wife and my two youngest children for lunch at Chick-fil-A. The people were so friendly, and they even came by asking if we wanted refills on our drinks. The play place was clean and a lot of fun for the little ones. And the food was great!

Best place in town to have man on man gay sex in the bathroom. Theyre very clean and discrete and theres a lock on the door. The service is not too bad. I wouldnt eat the food though. Worst chicken sandwich I think Ive ever had.

Great place for a bite to eat! Staff is always very courteous, and the food is ready fast -- but not too fast! One of the owners is usually at the store during the day, and she like to chat with the customers, and get refills.

Chick fil a always have a friendly staff, but this place was on the point. A manager would clean/organize the front as he/she greets and makes sure everything is to the standard. The food quality was on the point too.

We drove up to this location and the drive thru line was out of the parking lot. Workers with iPads quickly took orders and we drove away with our food in less than 5 mins. Very impressive!
