Absolutely the worst pizza place. I couple weeks ago they got my order wrong, not to mention the young fat mixed girl behind the counter had an attitude when I told her she had forgotten my soda that I ordered. Anyways, my husband called back up to the store to complain because I was too to talk. They told us they would give us a $10 credit for the mishap and all we had to do was mention it under my name. Well 2 weeks later I decide I want to use my $10 credit so I have my husband call it in with our credit while I was at work only to be told that we dont have one. A BUNCH OF LIARS. I called to the store after my husband told me this and I tried to speak with a manager but the young man who answered the phone transferred me to someone else then that person hung up on me. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

My family and I just entered this place, and almost immediately left. We were seated at a dirty table...wiped it off ourselves and our waiter took our drink order, after which we were told there would be a wait because there was no sweet tea brewed. It smelled terrible as well. There is a "childrens area" with plastic blocks that kids can play with.....those blocks were BROWN from being uncleaned for so long! The whole place looked like it hadnt been properly cleaned in quite some time. Even though the place was totally empty. Meaning there should have been plenty of time to clean. We never ordered, and just got up and paid for our drinks and left. Avoid this place. Gross.

Ive ordered from this Pizza Hut on and off ever since I moved to Fort Smith. The product is great nearly 100% of the time, but every now and then the service is a bit subpar. Ive called in an order, and when Ive gone to pick it up Ive had to sit at the drive through window watching staff wander around behind the counter for 10 minutes before even addressing me. Sometimes the delivery takes up to an hour and half, but I assume thats because its such a high-demand area. Aside from things of that nature, this establishment is pretty good.

Cant take an order right! A mother ago I ordered some pasta and they sent me the wrong kind. So I called them and they gave me a $10 credit. (Nice of them) Then I order again tonight and the same thing happens again! I call them back up and they say they cant do anything but remake it and take another 45 to 60 minutes to delevery it again! Theyre superior holiness is a joke as well. Thanks for nothing and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

It took my girlfriend and I 20 min just to get silverware. We were practicly eating our salads with our hands. Then we finally get our pizza and the most obvious topping pepperoni! And the waitress clearly lied and said the cook told her the pepperoni was under the pizza. I have been eating pizza hut pizza collectively for at least 20 years and never have they put their pepperoni under the pizza. Horrible service, never come here!

Terrible service. They dont listen to what you ask for. I did dine in and they never listened on the drinks and when I asked for a refill, they acted like I was asking for the world. I dont reccomend this place for dine in. When I was here for the buffet, the buffet always was empty and they didnt like refilling it.

I hate pizza hut there pizza sucks! its always cold and service is bad bunch of teeny boppers runing around makeing noise and are rude!!! i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Or anyone else for that matter!!!! You want good pizza go to Steffeys pizza in lavaca.

I know its Friday night but it took over an hour for the pizza to get here and when it did it was completely cold like it had been sitting there the entire hour. Not the slightest bit warm and rubbery Ive been on a pizza Hut down swing but this just makes it official.

I was disappointed. For $20 I expect a really big or really good pizza. The stuffed crust was okay, but even for a small "large", it still didnt all get eaten by the kids. I will continue to drive farther down the road and get my pizza from Papa Johns.

They cancelled the pizone, I waited 5 months so I could have it again ( pregnant ) and when I called no one answered so I drove down there only to hear the pizone was gone, I told them I called but got no answer and they just ignored that information.

Sitting and eating and a roach runs across my table told waitress she see it and said oh sorry happens all the time Will never go back and yes we was charged for the pizza we didnt eat ! Dont know whos in charge of this place but its gone to hell.....

This is by far the best pizza hut in fort Smith! Very clean, friendly service, good food and very decorative especially on holidays and hog game days. Also the workers always help me find a cheaper meal deal so I get more out of my money! 5 stars!

Great pizza. Employee Justin Greb should be promoted to CEO of the company. He is a valuable asset. Anytime there is a problem, he goes out of his way to make sure each and every customer has once in a lifetime, wonderful experience.

Its an ok place I like it only because when I go hardly anyone is there and they make a hot pizza for us and its good too but the atmosphere they dont have one but its ok.
