Awful service. Awful pizza. A friend and I placed two online delivery orders. One for a medium pizza and wings, and one for just wings. (quoted over an hour) so we switched to carry out (quoted 15 minutes) so we showed up and one order was ready right away and the other one was still in the works. I sat there with my pizza and wings for over 20 minutes waiting on the other order. We heard workers dropping equipment and cussing from the kitchen. (Very unprofessional) then the worker placed like 3 or 4 boxes of food on the counter and said my friends order was ready. So he went up to get it and realized... Hey all I ordered was wings! And she says "oh thats not your order". And then puts it back with out saying anything. So we sit and wait for another 10 minutes and she finally says "sir do you have your receipt". And he says "all I ordered were wings" and he finally gets them after a good 45 minutes from placing the order to finally receiving them. She apologizes because they are "busy". Ok yeah youre so busy with the 3 customers in the building. I work in an actual restaurant in Westport where we serve 600 people on a slow Monday. You guys dont know what busy is. So we get home and the pizza is COVERED in sauce. Literally the sauce and toppings are falling off to expose an undercooked crust! Seriously.. Half of the crust was raw! Soggy and gross. Never have I had this awful experience from a Pizza Hut. What I thought I was getting was moderate priced food on a quick time as I have to be at work soon. Instead I got terrible service and undercooked dough. Will not return. Stick to Sarpinos, Joes, or Papa Kenos. Its better any ways

Ive been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years and the delivery time can range from a few minutes early to the manager delivering the pizza after closing because a driver vanished in the middle of their shift. Lately however, if Ive had to call because my delivery is late, the person usually answering the phone has almost zero customer service skills. If a delivery is late, the answer is the driver took the order and should be there any minute (which has been up to 45 minutes). Quite often, I dont have to call, just place the order online, the only time is if the order is late. Once, it took over 2 hours to get a chocolate chip cookie and some soft drinks and 2 phone calls - the second call, I said that I should get a discount, the person just hung up on me.

I always have problems with this location. Something is always wrong with my order. Tonight I got my pizza, and no wings. The driver said they would be back in 10 minutes with them, its been 45 now, and no wings. This is the newest in a long line of bad experiences. I once was emailed by the manager about an order, they said I would get a 30$ credit for the completely wrong order after I had to contact corporate saying the manager didnt get in contact with me. I never got that credit FYI. To sum it up, they will get you food, but it will probably be wrong. The employees (including management) here do not care one bit about delivering for their clients. Ive worked food service many years in my life, and this location is absolute garbage.

Holy Crap. This was by far and wide the WORST delivery experience I have EVER had. Id almost expected someone to jump out of the drivers car and tell me I was on candid camera. They tell me 45 minutes, I wait an hour and a half and call. They apologize and tell me how busy they are and promise to refund some of my money. I end up waiting 2 and a half hours to get a delivery from a block and a half away. They did NOT refund any of my money. When the driver shows up, Im waiting on pins and needles on my porch. He stays in his car blasting music, talking on his cell phone, and he waves at me to come to him! And, of course, the food is all stone cold. How the hell does this place stay open? why cant i give 0 stars?

Wish I could give zero stars, but that is not an option. Horrible customer service, pizza is always around 2 hrs late, making it cold and the order is never right. Was quoted 1.5 hrs (which is ridiculous in the first place), it took 2.5 hrs, had a completely wrong order. When calling to complain, was told they are very busy and would only correct the order/refund it in another 2 hours. Like we were going to wait again. This has consistently been our experience with this location, officially done with Pizza Hut. Would rather spend triple the money for a local pizza place whose pizza is better and gets order right. Quality > Price.

Absolutely terrible. I went in to pick up my carryout order fifteen minutes after it was due to be ready. The lobby had about ten people in there waiting and after standing at the counter and finally shouting into kitchen area at an employee who had been standing around and avoiding looking at me, someone came up, pulled up my order and tried to get me to pay. I demanded to see my pizza and he refused. After pressing him for a while, he finally admitted that they hadnt even started making my pizza yet. Thankfully I hadnt paid for my order yet.

This is the most terrible pizza place Ive ever been to. The pizza was the most disgusting pizza I ever had. It was a carryout and was it cold and soggy when I picked it up. I asked for a drizzle of Bbq sauce and it was a big mistake. They dumped so much bbq sauce on the pizza it was dripping off of the slices. I ate a slice off the large I got and almost puked. I threw the rest of it away. Total waste of money and time. The service was terrible too. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Big mistake . So sad. Still disgusted!

Horrible customer service and delivery. Ordered once and they were extremely late so they gave a credit for a free pizza. We called in to redeem it and was told it would be 30 min... When we inquired to make sure it would be just 30 min, the persons response was "why does its matter, its free?"... They ended up being over an hour late and delivered hamburger instead of sausage. When we called back the lady said "how do you know its hamburger, if you did not try it?". Who cant tell the difference?!

Never ever would call a order here this service is ridiculous I had made a order on my birthday and the pizza was about 2 hours late Ill finally told them I didnt want it no more and when me and my kids,girlfriend step outside to get some food this lady shows up and doesnt even get out the car to give me my pizza had to open her passenger door to grab my own pizza when I went back in the house one of my pizza was a mess from the cardboard box being smash I will never call this store or pick up

I was required to give this place 1 star in order for my review to be listed, but it deserves no stars. I live 1.3 miles from this place and they could not get a single pizza delivered to me after I waited over 2 1/2 hours. Store manager Georgia Rose was appallingly nonresponsive, unprofessional and blatantly rude and dishonest on the phone. You will not get service and you will not get dinner from this place. Papa Johns please save midtown from this pizza travesty!!!
