This place is bad, please listen to all of the bad reviews. So, my wife comes to have lunch with me one day a week and we usually try something different each time since I work in the Urbandale/Johnston area and just started at my job a few months ago. My wife is 6 months pregnant and has had a craving for Pizza Hut for some reason (which basically means I need to get her some if I want to survive lol). So I read all of the reviews (mostly bad) for this Pizza Hut and really didnt want to go. I asked my wife if she HAD to have Pizza Hut or if we could just go to the Pizza Ranch on 86th instead. So, we go to Pizza hut (lol), with her going a full 20 minutes early to order food since I only have an hour lunch and it is a couple minute drive both ways. I get there and it is mildly busy, to be expected at the lunch hour. First thing I notice is the table is all sticky and gross (like many previous reviews stated). Also my wife said the high chair for our daughter was filthy so she had to go get another slightly less filthy one. Even though she had ordered the food 20 minutes before I got there, We didnt receive it until my lunch was over half gone. That is almost an hour for pizza, IN THE RESTAURANT. So she finally brings the food and says the brownie desert she ordered will be out soon. I grab the Parmesan shaker to put on my pizza and my wife stops me (luckily). THERE IS A FREAKING BUG IN IT (pictures are attached, looks like a mosquito). So we grab a Parmesan shaker from a different table and when the lady comes back (older lady, very leathery skin), my wife gives the bug shaker to her and tells her there is a bug. The lady just says "Oh, okay" and takes it and walks away, comes back in 10 seconds with a half filled Parmesan shaker to give to us!! Pretty sure she just dumped the bug out and gave it back to us! So we get to the end of my time for lunch, and still no brownie dessert. The same lady that just told us earlier that our brownie was on the way disputes us ordering the Brownie and asks to see the receipt again. At that point we are ready to raise hell but we have our 1 year old so its not like we were going to make a huge scene. We are conveying our displeasure to the lady and she talks back to us rudely and argues with us that it "isnt her fault, Its the people back there" pointing at the kitchen. My wife explains to her that we dont care whos fault it is, they each are representatives of their company. So the lady storms off saying she is going to get her manager. So the manager comes out (an even older, less friendlier looking lady) and we explain to her what has been happening. She interrupts and yells at US!!! She scolds us and says that none of HER employees would do things like that. She (while yelling at us) says she will give us the brownie free and a discount on the rest. It must not have been that big of a discount based on how much the corrected amount was but had she not done something to compensate us, they wouldnt have received a dime. And throughout that whole disaster, not once did they refill my empty drink (which is required there because they dont have a fountain for customers to use). And I ended up a few minutes late back from lunch after only getting a few bites of pizza, which was soggy, thin, greasy, and nasty (like other reviews have said as well). I cant believe those 2 ladies still have a job there. Even for fast food (fast is a joke right?) that is some piss poor standards. Do yourself a favor, dont even give this place a chance, it isnt worth it.

Came here two weeks ago for the lunch buffet and the salad bar was out of commission. Server was friendly enough, although only somewhat attentive. Didnt charge me for my drink, so my total was $5.91. Fair enough, I thought.... Came back today and, still, no salad bar. Server told me to seat myself and I, literally, could not find a clean table. Finished my first plate of pizza, at my dirty table, before I was even approached for a drink order. My bill? $7.40. Which, astonishingly, I had to stand and wait to pay, although the server clearly saw me standing there while she stood there doing.... nothing. I manage a restaurant. I understand customer service and I am quick to solve problems. If I advertise a lunch combo offering two items. You get two menu items. I wouldnt even have the audacity to bring you only half of what I offer, yet charge you full price. Neither should you. Worse yet is that youre not even apologetic for it. Bad form, Pizza Hut. I wont be back.

Absolutely awful. Terrible wait staff, rude from the time you walk in. Put out by any requests for things like... Ordering food. High chairs are as filthy as the tables and I had to specifically request one that didnt have a broken seat strap. Unapologetic when I pointed out to them that the shakers had a bug in it. Food took forever to come to the table. In addition to having to request part of our order twice. Talking to the waitress about it was entirely useless as she was rude and just blamed everyone else for the situation. Manager was as bad if not worse. Yelling at us, interrupting and igoring our concerns. Never once did we get an apology. They did discount our bill, slightly, but in honesty, an understanding ear and knowledgement would have been much much more valuable. Simply the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. DO NOT go to this location!

Great customer service. I placed an order on line with this store and when it was delivered the driver had forgot the wings we ordered. He apologized several times and offered to go get them. I asked Him to just refund my account and not to worry about it. I called several hours later and talked with Brittany who took the time to reassure me my refund had gone through. The situation was handled very professionally and as a result I will continue to do business with them.

Just relieved a pizza from pizza hut and there was a hair. So I call back and tell the female thats there by herself she said and she asked what color hair, I said it looked like a beard hair and she was disrespectful, saying "well thats funny because Im blonde and I dont have a beard." Why would I lie about it? I opened the box and there was a hair, this is a house of women, no men at all. This is ridiculous. Ive had trouble with this female worker before

Place orders here once a week for delivery to our workplace and this place has some of the nicest staff that goes out of their way to help make sure not only the orders are right, but follow up and check with delivery, food quality etc. Marqui the Manager is awesome and goes above and beyond! I could not recommend a better place to use for workplace delivery, catering or any of your pizza/pasta cravings! They do a great job!
