Called about 12:30-12:45 am last night. The guy that took our order said a hour and a half , and that was fine.. We realized we didnt get 2 liters so we called back to get them added. 2 2 liters made our bill go from $29 to $41. So we correct him. Then on top of waiting so long. 2:30 am comes around and they are still not here. I just went to bed. I just called the day after ( today) to call and complain. Remember we havent ate all day and are from southern Illinois. I call and ask to talk to the manager and tell her what happened .. She asked for my number I gave it to her and she said we dont have anything for you listed. So I told her everything that was on our order and she still couldnt do one thing about her horrible work crew. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. They took my order , gave me a jank total because they never planned on getting out to deliver it at all!!!

Ive ordered here several times. The last two pizzas have been wrong. They delivered the wrong pizza but I didnt notice until after they left ate it anyway because it took almost a half an hour just to get my order in over the phone and I just got a pizza tonight (opted for carry out because they dont always answer the phone it seems) and I asked for a BBQ chicken pizza with no pizza sauce, meaning use the BBQ sauce in place of the pizza sauce.. and they put pizza sauce and BBQ sauce on it. Pretty disappointing. They look busy a lot but getting orders consistently correct is a basic customer service concept.

I ordered twp pizzas from THIS location, I can not eat tomatoes, so i ordered the pizza with no sauce. When i got the pizzas i did not look at them, (did not know i had too) the dam things had tomatoe sauce. So I called back, (on way out of town) and they said sorry and they would replace the pizzas next time i came in., I called to have them replaced, and they basicly said I was lyeing to him and that they NEVER had a pizza like that ordered. Shawn Simmer said I was not able to prove that I ordered the pizzas and that he was not going to help me!!! F THIS PLACE, PIZZA HUT CAN GO TO HELL!!!!!!!!

NO chicken in the chicken Alfredo, NO cheese on half the cheese bread, NO utensils for pasta, NO sauce for cheese bread. Was told the cheese bread didnt come with sauce whether or not it is implied when ordering online and utensils needed to be requested even though they delivered to us at a hotel. THEN a hair IN a slice of my pizza ... Couldnt do it anymore. They are picking up the food and refunding the money. I think I have learned to read reviews!!!

I ordered a pizza and it was 20 minutes over the time estimated and took a total of 1hr20 min to get here. I wouldnt have minded the wait but then the pizza wasnt even hot as Im guessing it was sitting for a long time before delivery. I did call once to get an update and the service over the phone was very polite and courteous. I doubt Ill be ordering food from this location again though.

Every time I order here they make me wait longer than the time given to go pick up. This recent visit was 15 min. Last time was 20. Other times will be 5-10 min. Frustrating when your expectations are to be on time. Pizza is cooked right. Service is ok. I like that they have a station for you to take to-go plates, utensils, cheese, pepper. Other locations in Des Moines do not have this.

Ordering process was quick. Shantell at Ashworth location took my order. Was very courteous and repeated my order back to me correctly. She also let me know prior to placing my order, that the wait time would be about 35 minutes. She provided me with awesome customer service. Pizza arrived in under 35 minutes. Driver was nice and food as always, was great. Good job everyone!

Ordered food online and the food never showed. We had to go out at 2am and buy something else to eat because we never got the pizza. Went the next moning to ask why. The guy there was not a manager and he was alone. He said we had been refunded our money but they didnt even call us to inform us that our order was refunded and that they were not bringing it.

We order from this location often and have never had any problems. Im honestly surprised by all the bad reviews. In the last year (12 orders or so) I cant remember ever getting the wrong order. The pizza is exactly how it is from every other pizza hut. And the staff always helps me promptly when I come in - I usually order online or via the app.

Food was 45 minutes late. Then when it arrived, the order was wrong. Instead of a pepperoni pizza, I received pineapple, green olive, and banana pepper, which is inedible. When I called, I was told it would be at least another 45 minutes to get my correct pizza. I was credited money for my next order, but Im never ordering from this location again.

I ordered a pizza which was listed on my order receipt as free. I was excited because I thought I had earned points or something. I then ordered two other items. The delivery guy got here, said he had no record of the pizza. He said he would tell management to call me. This was at 4:35pm. It is now 11:46pm. No call. I will not order again.

I knew thered be an hour wait for delivery so im not upset about that. But my pizza arrived with 2 inches of crust, hardly any cheese and not even warm. Called the manager and he argued with me saying it was hot when it left the store "and thats a fact". Well i was holding a cold piece of pizza so apparantly i was lying. He was a jerk.

The two girls working on the phone at the Ashworth Iowa location on 12/19/2015 gave the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Cursing in the background while giggling too much to get our address. .. The experience didnt last long as they hung up on us twice. Even after a supposed manager got on. Come on guys. Thats just pathetic

I ordered from this Pizza Hut two times neither time did they get the order correct and now theyre denying me my credit for the mess up... The manager on duty began to get lippy with me and I hung up... Dont ever ever ever order anything from this Pizza Hut you will be sorely mistaken they are complete morons...

Last time we order pizza at this location...we ordered breadsticks and did not receive them we asked the driver and he didnt have an answer and was extremely rude and unprofessional should have seen the 2 1/2 star rating on Google reviews before we orderes from these guys

Terrible, ordered my food 35 mins after my estimated delivery time still no pizza. Went down to the store got a big well I dont really care you didnt get your food. To top it all off they charged my card and I didnt get the money back in it till 24 to 48 hours later.
