Still not much improved even with new management and a new menu. First attempt using the new menu resulted in maybe half of our order showing up correctly. When we called, they offered to either remake the pizzas or give us a credit. We opted for the credit as we didnt want to wait another hour for the correct pizzas. When we next tried to apply this credit to another order, we discovered they gave a flat $10 credit on our previous $20 order, as well as trying to charge us more for the same deal. They claimed the deal was unavailable despite it being on the front page of the website and in a current e-mail of coupons. After speaking to the manager he tried to overcharge us for each individual extra item that was otherwise included without remark or upcharge using the online system. We eventually just ordered as minimally as possible but he refused to credit the previous delivery charge and made us pay that a second time. If this was a one-time event, maybe acceptable and not horrible. However, it has been this way through both old and new management. How they are still in business boggles me.

we went in they said sit wherever you like 10 later they came to take our drink order I asked it they were going to be this slow because we would just leave they young lady said she was the only server there so we waited 10 later she brought us a menu we ordered I looked around and there were 5 cooks there I saw unhappy customers there finally I asked to talk to the manger omg he was the messed up one he messed up all of the orders he even took out a beer and went table to table asking if it was theirs!!!!! all of the carry out pizzas were going great!!! I exploded on the man and told him he did not care about the people inside it was all about the carry out pizza it sucks never going back anyone know who to bring this up with I had problems once before same manger

Its really sad for me to say that I will never eat at the Pizza Hut in Boone, IA again. I love Pizza Hut food, but the service was terrible. To start thinks off we had our baby with us and the server never once offered to get us a high chair. Luckily I found them and could get one myself. Then it took our server at least 10 minutes just for our server to get our drinks and there was only two of us! To make matters even worse, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. There were only two take orders being picked up/taken at that time and there were at least five people behind the counter laughing, talking, and messing around on cell phones. After our order was finally taken I could hear the phone ringing and the server allowed the phone to ring at least 5 times while he was joking around with his coworkers.

They got 1 star because the waitress refilled my water. Went for the lunch buffet, my drink was water. 1130 the 3 pizzas came out. No more came out, the pasta was freezer burnt around the edge.. The waitress refilled my water several times. Went to pay, charged more than the price in the window. Said it was with a drink for $4.99. I havent been there for 5 years because it was terrible, wont be back. Manager came out when I disputed the price, said I wouldnt be back, didnt ask why, didnt seem to care. I hope the waitress finds a better place to work, she deserves to

We ordered one large stuffed crust pizza. An hour and a half later we still did not get the food delivered to our house. We called to inform them of the late delivery and they said the pizza would be there within minutes. 15 minutes have gone by and the pizza still have not been delivered. We finally got a hold of the actual Pizza Hut location in Boone and the manager apologized and once again said the driver was in route. The pizza finally got delivered and it was cold and not very good pizza to begin with. Booo Pizza Hut, boo.

If you look hard enough you might find it. This Pizza Hut is badly located. When you do notice it, youre never quite sure if its open. When you walk into Pizza Hut it looks all dark and dingy. You never want to sit down and actually eat there. The best part of this restaurant was the jukebox but sadly, they took it out. The pizza is the best in town and price doesnt kill you. I dont recommend sitting and dinning but I do recommend you order their pizza over any other in Boone.

The kitchen and delivery staff are always nice and friendly, however whomever owns this store never gives them enough staff to handle their orders. Roughly half the time your order from this store will not be to your satisfaction because these people dont have the resources they need to handle the orders required of them. Dont eat here, not because the people are bad at their jobs, but because their store owner refuses to give them what they need to do said jobs.

We order here once a month at least and Id say the service is pretty good. Their pizzas are always delicious. Ive only had an issue with delivery one time out of the dozens of times weve ordered delivery. They were an hour late, but apparently had car trouble and it was snowing. The pizza was still hot, though.

Poor service! Employee left in the middle of cutting my pizza, cashier had to finish it up. Food wasnt hot when I got home. When I left I saw about 4 or 5 employees outside on phones and smoking cigarettes while inside was 4 or 5 more customers waiting for their carryouts!

Ordered multiple times. Pizza was delivered two full hours later and was delivered cold. Called in and was told they could bring us another pizza in two more hours. Hate this place! Never ever ever again.

Had a delivery. Pizza was cold. Got the wrong wings. Tried calling 7-8 times got no answer. This was at 5:30pm. Little ridiculous. Now Im stuck with cold pizza and crappy wings

The food was good the service was awful. The person who took our order sighed when we walked in because she was vacuuming the EMPTY restaurant at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Ran out of personal pan pizzas, given a upgrade to medium pan pizza for $5! (Sweet) :)
