Vietnam is absolutely fantastic. The staff is great and they have a wonderful selection of Vietnamese dishes. Their new Friday all-day buffet gives you an opportunity to taste the best of what they have to offer! This place is definitely my go-to for "cheat" day. "Must trys" are their Pho (a medium is HUGE!), and their Vermicelli Noodle Bowl (comes with a great tasting Pork on top). In addition, their cheese puffs are soft and delicious. One of my favorite restaurants in the Des Moines area!

One of my favorite go to places for the beef combo pho and the spring rolls! Always fresh and delicious! The other food there is also good as well! The owner of the restaurant is such a sweet kind lady and a heck of a cook! I definitely suggest this business if youre at merle hay mall or are in the area and want some tastey Vietnamese/Chinese food!

Has the best pho in Des monies! I highly recommend it, love the eggs rolls! And on the last Friday of every month is an all you can eat buffet. Which comes with many different Vietnamese dishes and comes with a small bowl of delicious pho! If you ever happen to be in Merle Hay Mall, make sure to come check this place out!

Service was incredibly impatient when it wasnt busy at all (Merle Hay, lol), messed up my order, and actual food was meh. Take your money somewhere else, Id rather drive to downtown Des Moines to pick up Pho 515 for impeccable food quality. Happens to come in larger portions with a cheaper price.

This is no typical mall food court restaurant. The owner was very nice and spoke fluently. I had the pho soup, which was great! They make it fresh with thin sliced beef, bean sprouts, basil, green onions, and rice noodles. The egg rolls were awesome. Youve got to try this place if youre nearby.

The Vietnamese sandwiches are fantastic. The bun is warm and chewy. It comes with pork, hot sauce, shredded carrots, possibly cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro. I dont know of any other Vietnamese place in Des Moines that sells anything comparable. Only $3.
