My husband twin sister and I went there last night to celebrate our birthday. All three of ordered appetizers. I ordered buffalo wings and to my surprise the wings looked like they were prepared 3 days ago. I could tell they were either reheated or just over cooked. I could not even believe the waitress set them on the table for me to eat. All I could think about is what a classy restaurant was doing serving wings that looked worse than what would come out of my refrigerator and then microwaved. I only ended up taking one bite before I had to inform the waiter that he needed to take them back. He offered to have them remade however it took over 25 minutes to get them. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated, I was not about to wait another 25 minutes for them to be remade. For as expensive as it is for a meal, you would think they would take 10% off of my individual meal or a least offer me a free slice of cheesecake. I know it seems like everyone wants something for free but that is not it at all. The waiter removed the item from my bill which is what I would expect especially since I was no longer going to eat them. In other words they did not have to lose anything. No-one at that restaurant, no staff and no person off the street would have eaten those wings. If this is the best you can do, I suggest you simply remove this item from your menu. Perhaps because this is the only Cheesecake Factory in Minnesota you feel like one bad review wont hurt. Well when anyone asks me how my birthday went, I will not hesitate to inform them that it was wonderful day except for my visit to The Cheesecake Factory in Edina MN. I am very disappointed. Your restaurant can provide better service than that. Most people come in for special occasions and your chefs and staff should try to do everything they can to make all guests feel like a visit to The Cheesecake Factory will be worth their time and money.

If I could Id give a zero rating. Today, July 16th I arrived to put our name down for a table for 20 celebrating a birthday with out of town guests. I called earlier in the week and was told they do not take reservations but advised to come an hour early and put our name down which I did. I was given a pager and told that actually they had a table all set up that could seat our party. Since I had gotten there early I asked if we could sit in the bar until our family arrived. I was told yes no problem just come back when you are ready. When they did arrive we went directly to the host stand with the pager and was told, oh we gave your table away to a party of 20 who were all there! Never once did someone come find us in the bar (which was so quiet) or buzz our pager or anything else so here we are now with 20 guests and no where to sit! Needless to say, we were not happy! Was told by the manager if we wanted to wait about 1 1/2 hours they could fit us in. Fat chance were going to wait to give you our money, or how about splitting our party up? Um NO its a birthday celebration we dont want to be at separate tables in different parts of the dining room. Someone in our party called Red Lobster in Bloomington and asked if they could fit us in and told them what had happened. They said come on over we will be happy to accommodate you so thats exactly what we did. We love Red Lobster and eat there often, just was going to try something different this time. We had fabulous service, delicious food and happy guests! We will go back to Red Lobster any day over CC factory. None of us will be going back and judging from other reviews their not doing very well. Perhaps new management and training is needed, there are far too many places nowadays competing for business so they need to step up their game.

Went here for first time on vacation. Was looking forward to trying it as we dont have one where we live. When ordering, we asked what went on the Kobe burger. Waitress says, "whatever the menu says". Came with lettuce and tomato not listed on menu. At time of order, I told the waitress I would be happy with anything accept a burned burger (have had trouble in the past at Green Mill with this). Waited 25 minutes. No complimentary bread served to us. Saw that everyone else had it so we asked for some - still never got it. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. Finally our hamburgers arrive and they are BURNED. I told the waitress that I had specifically asked that it not be blackened. I hate char. She says well I ordered it medium, its not my fault. When I told her that I would not eat it, she said she would have them make a new one. Waited another 20 minutes. The whole time watching the people wearing suits get waited on hand and foot (we were wearing t-shirts and jeans). My husband chose to try and eat his anyway. He only ate half because it was awful. Got so fed up we asked for the check - at that point I just wanted to leave. Manager came over and said the next burger should be better. I said we had been sitting there forever, my husband is done eating at this point I just want to leave. Had to pay $23 for a pop, a hamburger that my husband couldnt eat because it was crap and a lemonade that tasted like they dumped crap from the bar in it (didnt drink it - we do not drink alcohol) So disappointed. Cant even believe it was so bad. Oh and one more thing, they boast huge portion sizes. The french fries that were served with the burgers were in little silver cups with less than a handful of fries. I get more in an order of small fries at McDonalds! Totally hated the experience!

My family and I came here to have one last dinner with my aunt who is leaving to go to Mexico for quite some time. We expected it to be better than what it really was. When we came in we were seated at a table which had menus thrown all over it from previous people. There were bills still sitting on the table as well. We ordered our food and it took more than 30 minutes. We continuously asked for more bread and more refills on our drinks and it took forever. My moms margarita took 20 minutes to make. When we finally got our food my moms burger was way too pink but she had asked for it well done. She took a bite out of it and then realized it was pink. She then cut it in 4s and decided that she couldnt eat it. We called over our waiter and told him about her burger. Then he apologized and took it back to have it cooked longer. She received the same burger that she had before. She had asked for a new one. Then we spoke to the manager. She was snotty and rude. My mom told her about the burger and she said that they always take burgers back the same burger a person has complained about instead of cooking another burger. Which we thought was ridiculous because there had to be cross contamination with my moms bitten burger. The manager said she wouldnt charge us for the burger and she would have another one made for us. When we got out check she had charged us for the burger when she said she wouldnt. We are disappointed beyond belief. I dont recommend going there unless you want to be greatly disappointed. This was our first and last time going there.
