I used to work for Edina noodles and all was well. The co workers - well most of them - was very fun and really nice and caring and sweet. When I first started it was great but then I saw that all the workers hours were steady every week I was the only one that hours kept going up and down everywhere. It got to a point where I was working 3 days a week 5pm - 8:30pm on those three days and that wasnt cool considering the fact that others was getting 30 hours a week and basically getting whatever they wanted, also what started happening is that I started getting sent home early whenever I worked by this one shift leader named ( Jennifer meloney ) there. And she is one lazy person. Whenever she would work she would be on expo Everytime she work. She was ALWAYS on expo. She would serve if she HAD to. Other than that she would stay still JUST doing expo. And if there was a problem with machine or something she would call manager but wouldnt even try and fix herself first. But anyways she would always use me to go home first. All the time. And she would treat her friend that she used to work with before they worked at noodles ( Rachel Simonson ) with favoritism and always make her stay just to get a ride from her. And one day she asked can I go home early and she know I dont be wanting to go home early but I have no other choice because of labor mind you - she could ask someone else but chose me - but anyway I said okay and I asked is Rachel going home early too cause someone else was closing not me and Jennifer said yeah and I stayed on purpose until 9 acting like I was waiting for bus ( really I was but was waiting for bus that come around 9:24 ) so I waited and turns out Rachel never left home early instead left around 9 when store closed. Now if I would have left I would have left around 8;00 which was the time Jennifer asked me to go home early. Now let me tell yall a little bit about Rachel Simonson. - whenever she would work she would always bring her phone up there and be on it mind you - we cant have phones up there but some still do it I be having my phone in the back. - but anyways she would always be on the phone and also she would always be just standing there either on register or on expo. She dont sweep, shark, wip tables NOTHING that involves you moving all of your body parts instead of your arms and hands. All she do is stand up front. One day I was closing and I wanted everyone to do their lost right cause if they do I would get out early cause I would have my list all done once store closes. We need all do our list right. So she crossed out bathrooms and she saw me look at list so I went to go check bathroom and ( the trash was taken out the counter wasnt wiped down and the mirror wasnt wiped ) no nothing bathroom looked like it been dirty for a while. So I go to shift leader first and tell him which is Ben he is assistant manager but was shift leader that night and he said go to tell her first that she didnt do bathrooms but crossed it out so I went to go tell her and she get attitude and said she at register person at register need to stay in front and I told her Im on register too. Its two people on register so while I stay up here you can go do your list RIGHT, and she talking back hasitating to go do it and finally she did and I check them against and garbages wasnt taken out still - so I go to her and tell her can she take them out nicely ( mind you I have bad temper and impatient she was pushing it she really was but yet I stayed light and happy about it ) and she got attitude and said " dont tell me how to do my job " and all I said was garbages was not taken out and she gonna get mad. Come on now really ... Lol so then I got irritated cause no one talks to me like that I dont care who the person is and I asked nicely too not mean or with attitude like voice so I did them myself and just ignored her for the night. Anyway you guys my point is Edina noodles had bad management skills. Cause they wouldnt let me stay but keep two lazy people like Jennifer and Rachel there.

Not impressed- Front door was locked at 7:45pm. Multiple people went next door to the gyro place and eight employees arent paying attention to the door five feet away. Finally a kid gets in as someone leaves and tells them so they unlocked it. Gal taking orders: Im waiting in line looking at the menu and she waves her arm in the air, a flailing motion, but she doesnt say anything or look up so I dont know if she is motioning to me or where to go or what. So I walk toward her and she finally asks what can I get for you? I give my order and she sticks out her hand, as if Im just a zombie giving out money. She mumbles my total, runs the transaction, gives me a number, and states, "Youre done." The entire time she never looked up once from the register; she even looked behind her but never to me, the customer talking to her. How rude. Lastly, I know for a FACT this location passes out smaller portions of chicken; probably to save money. I paid extra for that chicken! Unacceptable. Also, they wanted to charge another couple for a glass of water because it comes out of their expensive touch-screen Coca-cola machine that makes all the drinks taste the same. Staff use minimal effort. There are better locations.

it is baffling to me how uneducated these workers seem to be. I worked at noodles for almost 3 years and let me tell ya, its not hard AT ALL! So when they cant manage to separate the meat from the rest of the pasta no matter how many times we tell them its extremely frustrating. Why even have the option to get meat on the side if they arent going to take the extra 4 seconds to do that? On top of that there have been almost a dozen occasions where they altogether dont give us our side soups or salad. Once again, worked there forever, ITS NOT A HARD JOB SO DO IT RIGHT!! waste of my time and money

Working in the service industry I can honestly say this place is going down hill. First of all, the gentleman at the register rang in some childs food with my meal when the child was not mine and was in the establishment completely unattended. Secondly when confronted about it, he couldnt even give me the right change back and I had to explain to him showing him the recipet. Lastly, almost all the tables were dirty and covered in dishes and after it was all said and done, our food was cold. Never coming back here again.

Went here for lunch about 2:00 p.m. Restaurant was full, but no one in line ahead of me. I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes and even though there were 3 or 4 people buzzing around, not one acknowledged my presence. A simple “we will be right with you” would have been fine, but that didn’t happen. So, I left. I work in the Southdale area and went down to Chipotle, where it was busy, but at least they had folks ready and willing to serve the customers.
