So I tried the Panda Express App for the first time to order since there was a promo for a free entree. I created a account and placed an order, I entered my zip code and choose the Panda Express at 7645 Jolly Ln since it was a block away from OfficeMax where I was shopping. I head over to Panda Express, there was some confusion with my order, end up I check my email and some how it stated that I have place an order at the Panda Express on 1520 Shingle Creek Crossing?!?! Feeling a little embarrass I start heading out the door to head over to the other store. But Tao, the manager I believe at the time, told me "Phil, since you are here already, do you wanna just grab the food here and save yourself a trip". I told him its already paid for at the other store. He said dont worry about it and you could just grab it here if you like. Which I did. A friendly female server by the name of Zoua quickly got my order together and I was on my merry way! Not sure what happen when I ordered on the app, not sure Im going to order thru the app again to save the trouble of a repeat. But the Panda Express team over at 7654 Jolly Ln did an awesome job. -Phil

The food is great but the portion sizes are very small Im not sure who the server is at the counter but depending on the person he would either shortchange you on your food portions or give someone else more food portions I noticed this the last three times Ive come to the store. Not quite sure why he is doing this but for the price you should be able to get the same portions each time that you come to the store. I know the last time I went I ordered orange chicken and Mandarin chicken and I watched the person in front of me get two pieces of chicken and when he served me I got one piece of chicken when I asked why he said this is the portion size. The person in front of me did not add extra to the meal and was charged the same price I was charged. I feel that they should treat each customer equally and not skimp on the food especially when I am paying, for the same meal as the next person in line. This is becoming very disappointing and frustrating I highly doubt I will ever return to the store again.

Used to come all the time.. But last time i was there i found a bone in one of the meats, and an extremely hard, chewy cartilage of sorts in another.. i was extremely grossed out and did not finish my meal. I wanted to ask for a refund but i chose not to. The noodles and rice were also dry, but thats expected after being out for a while. But the quality of food for that price is not okay. Ill stick with XIN XIN in brooklyn center..

Food is always good, staff is always nice. I like coming here as a default during lunch. The only reason I marked it a 4, is the options that I like are almost never available and ready. Even when coming outside of the lunch rush, black pepper chicken is always empty. Tweak the planning a little to ensure what is needed is available and it would definitely be 5 stars.

They NEVER have potstickers ready.. so when you go for a 1/2 lunch and have to wait 5 mins for them to even take your order and its always "it will be 7 mins for potsrickers" makes it not worth the trip..waste of time during lunch if ur in a hurry.. why not cook potstickers when u see ur out of them?? Seriously they NEVER have any ready.. waste of lunch time..

Over all very pleased with the food ... normally go to Leeanne chins ... but now I have an other option ... and its not all chicken ... they have steak and shrimp too ... orange chicken was up to par ... steak was Excellent! ... clean ... pleasant staff ... will recommend to friends ... Thanks!

Great food made fresh, fast service, prices are a bit higher than the likes of McDonalds or Taco Bell but well below those of a sit down restaurant, theres plenty of seating including outdoor seating, and the decor and atmosphere are nicer than your average fast food place.

The man who took my order on the phone was accommodating but the portions where small compared to others Ive been to. I Will give it one more try on Friday. If they are still small I will go to a buffet instead. The entree in the plate should be a full scoop. Not a half.

Good amount of food for the $$$, but they could take better care of the place. Garbages overflowing, etc. The last time I was there a woman was standing on the counter doing something with the soda machine. Didnt clean off the counter afterwards... A bit disturbing.

We went in for the first time and they had a line that they were working through quickly. Food was fresh, service was both fast and friendly and it was delicious. I tried a shrimp item toward the front the entry (cant remember the name), but it was good.

This place is awesome. Fresh food and awesome serving sizes for under $8!! I go here at least once a week! I do however dislike the low mane the noodles taste very pasty and sometimes if you come in at the end of the night the rice gets very dry.

Nice workers however the food is disapointing especially the orange chicken. Everytime i get it at this location it tasts like it has been cooked the previous day than microwaved. Brooklyn center location has much better food.

I had a bad experience here at first, but Panda Express worked very hard to make things right and increase my satisfaction. I am very pleased with how they handled my complaints, and I am ultimately happy with my experience.

Wife was craving Chinese and I have never been there. We both tried it for the first time. We usually frequent Que Viet and Mandarin or Bennys. The portion size was great and so was the food. Keep up the good work!

Food was as expected from panda express which I like and they were nice very fast kinda hard to understand but food was good not super hot though just warm enough to burn your mouth.

I dont know if the food is good or not at this location because it is not a Panda Express. The restaurant that is at the Jolly Lane address is actually named Panda Garden Buffet.

While not the best Chinese place around, this is definitely top 5, and the quality is always good, 5 minutes before close gets you the same food as 5 minutes after open
