We LOVE Five Guys and for years we have gone to the Eden Prairie location, so, when we finally got one in Shakopee we were lined up to get some burgers! And I have to say, its 80% as good as the EP location was... which is still better than almost any other burger place... especially smash burger!! ICK!! So, heres the issue, THE FRIES!!! We like them crispy, as anyone with half a taste bud does! Right? So, at the EP five guys and anywhere else I go, I always ask for them to be cooked a little longer so they get that perfect, non soggy, crunch that a fry should have!!! And at EP, not an issue.... they oblige and we are all happy! But for some reason at Shakopee they refuse to do this for anyone... they have weird excuses like they cant do it, or the fryer wont let them... or my personal favorite "we make them perfect for you"... whatever that means... All Im saying is it doesnt take a genius or a engineer to leave the fry basket in the grease an extra minute... I am willing to show them how if they need me to also! And the burgers there, the bacon is not quite as good as EP.... but the fries... get it together five guys Shakopee

What can I say. Delicious burgers made with whatever toppings you want, tasty hot dogs sliced and grilled and either soda or a cold shake with whatever flavor combinations you can imagine. The fries are delicious but be careful of the Cajun fries. The spice is strong and the heat builds on you untill its a bit overwhelming for my taste. A mixture of Cajun and regular fries would be a wonderful compromise.

My sister and I went here because we had heard so many good things we ordered our food Sat down and relized there had been a mistake my sisters burger was not in our bag upon review the person who had rung us up didnt put my sisters burger on the order when she went to talk to him he gave her the burger for free. This is how all food service should be handled.

It was me and one other person in the shop they had at less 5 or 6 people working and it took them 30 mins to make my food. My Burgers wherw soggy and unable to eat really without the bun falling apart. My fries where Burnet only a few werent. I spent 25$ there and wasnt impressed at all and was a waste of my money.

Where to eat near valleyfair They were fast, friendly, clean and upbeat. Ran a great shop and the food was amazing. We sat outside on the patio, which was nice this evening. The patio is on the jimmy johns drive through, which was dead but could make it weird if they were busy. Great stop after Vallryfair!

I love Five Guys and this is a great location! Its a little tucked away, but that just means that its usually less busy. Ive never had any problems with lines of bad customer service here, so I recommend this place to anyone who isnt allergic to peanuts (they cook everything in peanut oil).

I didnt like the burgers or the smell, the burgers taste plain and HORRIBLE with ketchup and the Smell of the restaurant was also very Horrible! The only thing I liked was the Cajun fries. I recommend eating at Freddys Steak Burgers instead. Very disappointed in FIVE GUYS!

Went to five guys tonight and was very disappointed. Both the burgers that we bought were wrong, stuff was soggy and the fries tasted like dirt. Needless to say I will never go back there again. Taste and quality of food has definitely gone down hill.

This Five Guys was the first Five Guys I have been too in a long time. It wasnt crowded at all at lunch time, just a couple of other people. The food was better than I remembered it. The service was great and the employees were friendly.

Exceptionally fast for a made to order place. Try the Cajun fries! (Order a small, its really too much for one). As always, excellent customer service. Ive only given a couple five stars but I had to here, this place deserves it!

The food is great but the atmosphere was terrible. Apparently they believe their customers are deaf and actually want to listen to the music they choose. I couldnt even have a normal conversation at the table!

Burgers are good but they were skimpy on the fries. I thought they were supposed to empty the cup of fries in your bag then fill them again. They didnt even fill the cup of fries.
