The food here is normally good, but weve gone several times and have always had terrible customer service. Last time we went, the cashier was on her phone while we were ordering. This time we called ahead, and the girl who picked up had an attitude on the phone. When we arrived it still took about a half an hour at least to get our food. Then when we got home, we were short 4 wings, and the wings were poured on top of each other so the dry rubs got mixed with the sauce wings and ruined the flavor of everything. Then when we called to complain, I asked for a manger and was told to hang on a minute. I was left on hold, and nobody ever answered the phone again. Every time, it is the worse customer service experience, and somehow managed to always be worse than the last time. If you can help it, please stay away from here, and go somewhere else that is more trustworthy and respectful.

Me and my brother ordered our food online pick up time 8:45pm we got there on time we picked up our food couldnt check it because i was raining and i had my 2 small children with us once we got home the food was clearly made as soon as they got the order it was cold i got mild wing and Louisiana rub they put them together in same box sauce was everywhere i orderd flats i got a few drums i ordered extra blue cheese paid for it never got it or the free one! my brother ordered was the same way my 1st experience was terrible an when i called over and over again they never answered at all im going to try again today i was not worth the money and i would like my money back better food this is not how you treat people! When you spend your hard earned money!!

Me and my boyfriend were in this area and decided to get lunch. Originally I wanted Culvers, which is a few mins drive from this Wingstop but he insisted on trying this place since I had told him I liked the Louisana rub. Lets just say the wings tasted like crap compared to the quality I got from the Roseville location. I ordered 20 wings and literally NO drummies were in the box.. (I guess the "wing" part of wing stop was being utilized.) The staff was rude, no greeting.. just looked at us until we were ready to order. I ended up throwing away a majority of the wings we bought. Never coming to this location again, I would rather drive out of my way to Roseville. In other words, I would have saved $20 and took it to Culvers.

Food is always great but customer service was terrible. We tried to call ahead. We called 6 times over 20 minutes and no one ever answered. We thought maybe it was busy. We got there and the place was dead. 2 other customers and one walk in were there ahead of us. We told them we had been trying to call. The first guy said he doesnt touch the phones and walked away. The girl that took our order said sometimes the phones dont work but she never apologized, stared at us blankly, and then got impatient that we were upset. Zero customer service skills. We dialed the phone and it worked fine. They pretty much ignored us for the rest of our meal. Were usually laid back about service, but this was pretty bad.

Started going here a few months ago as an alternative to buffalo wild wings. Spicy Korean Q is a terrific sauce. Customer service slowly fell off a cliff. Multiple orders incorrect, orders missing wings. I always ordered through their app to avoid miscommunication. I Contacted their corporate office via their website which generated a generic response email telling me the store would contact me from there to rectify the situation. Never happened. Still went back after that for one of the most disappointing orders of boneless wings to date. Wings were cold and practically sauce less when I picked them up at their schedule pick up time Such a shame.. back to bdubs..

I went in to wing stop and when the employee who was wearing the black, red, and green Jordans seen is walk in he immediately walked straight to the back and had us waiting at the register for about 5 minutes before he came and attended us and when he did get there he just looked at us like he was waiting on us for something, also they were out of toilet tissue I asked them to please put some toilet tissue in the restroom and the man who put the tissue in the restroom spit in the sink and didnt even have the audacity to rinse his nasty spit out of the sink this place is horrible and should go out of business because they are pushing most of it away anyway

I love Wingstops food but this location has some serious issues going on. Poor service slow service and my fries were cold when I got them. I order from here last year and it was terrible. Ordered online and it said 25 minutes showed up no food had to wait 20 minutes. I gave them another shot last night for the super bowl. Ordered my food at 2:00 PM for a 5 PM pickup. I was told it would be ready, got there and it was not ready. Had to wait an hour just to get the food. Would have canceled my order but I was in charge of food for the party. I will not be going back to this location.

Been here 5 times. The staff is always rude and slow. I always get more drumsticks than wings and this time I only got 4 wings out of 20. I called to complain and the staff told me that theres nothing they can do over the phone. So I offered to bring her the bones. She said she cant tell the difference between a wing and a drumstick just by the bones... come on, seriously!? Then I told her Ill come down there and show her and she said "Ok" and hung up the phone on me. I really dont want to go and argue over chicken bones, I just wanted some honesty and courtesy.

Awful, I went in tonight to pick up our food that we called ahead 15 minutes for. It was a 20 minute wait in the store. The one girl who Im guessing was the manager was swearing at a newer employee at desk in front of customers and was then rude to me while I paid for our food. After waiting an obnoxiously long time we finally got our order and left. The food sucked. We were shorted several wings and to make matters worse his hot wings were thrown on top of my dry rub. Spicy foods make me sick so I now cant even eat the few I got. WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN!

WORST SERVICE I have ever received from any restaurant, EVER! We ordered online, and picked it up. Brought it home and they didnt even make our order right, only two out of six items we ordered was correct. When I called the store, the lady was extremely rude to me and was like you have to bring the food back to the store to get it fixed. Manager was slightly better, but again not helpful, customer satisfaction is not their priority. The food was also soggy and wasnt that good. Do not recommend!! Id give zero stars if possible.
