Ordered 2 medium pizzas- when my husband got them home one of them was not at all what we ordered. I understand mix ups happen so we called and politely asked that the pizza we actually ordered & didnt receive then be delivered. We were told then wed have to be charged a delivery fee. We said no way and then the only other option was a "refund" which was actually just store credit for a future order which we refused as we will never order here again for lack of customer service. It is not hard to double check a pizza order and if you mess up you should be willing to fix it. Ridiculous. *Update- my husband had to take the time to drive back to get the pizza that we ordered since they wouldnt fix their mistake in any way. Just got a call from him that they messed up again and so he is now having to sit there and wait for a THIRD attempt at a stinking pizza as they put an open garlic butter (gross!?) in the box and it spilled all over the pizza. Pathetic. Employees are clearly not competent and managers clearly dont care about customer service.

Quick service and friendly staff. However I always ask for my pizza to be well done and it seems they dont pay attention to that. Knowing this, I just ordered a pizza "extra" well done this time and it was delivered to my door exactly 20 minutes later not even well done (meaning cheese is browned and slightly crispy on top). I do live pretty close but I wish they would take a little extra time to get the order correct. Otherwise a great delivery place!

Nope. Ive tried three times now and they are 0 for 3 in delivering the correct order. After the second time it happened, I called--the manager was very nice and gave me a credit, so I decided to give it another shot hoping third time would be the charm. Indeed it was not. The prices are high enough without getting stiffed on various parts of an order three different times. Wont be back.

I manage an overnight team for a major retailer. I originally began ordering from toppers purely based on their hours, but due to my experiences with them I will continue to order from Toppers. This location has been great about preparing large orders accurately and in a timely manner. The service has and continues to exceed my expectations. It is always a pleasant experience.

Great place for pizza. They will do anything to make the customer satisfied. They always have great deals. The pizza is awesome. They have the coolest combination of pizzas like the Mac and cheese, buffalo chicken ranch and chocolate bacon sticks among others. I highly recommend this joint to anyone that has never eaten here.

Decent pizza with very high prices. Delivery fees are high as well. When the quality of local pizza improves this place will be in trouble. If like me youve been to New York, youll know that you could pick a pizza place at random and still love the food. Some day Minnesota will figure out how to replicate that here.

Very good for the price. Cant hate on a pizza this good for $9. It was done in time. Forgot the sauce I ordered online so just had to check and ask. Friendly. Clean. Ingredients were fresh. Not good the next day. Guessing dough or cheese is cheap. If you like dominos or pizza hut then this is better for same price.

Always awesome service. Everyone is great. One time they didnt even take much longer than normal and were very apologetic. They gave me a 50% off coupon for next time. Didnt even mind but they went above and beyond. Great toppers store.

The pizza was good but it was extremely sloppily made, looked as though somebody had dropped it. And Im convinced that I got food poisoning from it for a day and a half, so needless so say I wont ever be ordering toppers again
