I will never go to this restaurant again. I went there with my Mom for the lunch buffet on a Sunday, and within 30-45 minutes after we were done eating, I became sick, as if my body wanted the food out immediately. A few hours later, when I could walk again, I went back to the restaurant to let them know their food made me sick. I thought they would care to know that they had a quality issue. I went in and pulled the waiter aside to discretely tell him the food made me sick so the other patrons wouldn’t hear, and he changed immediately. He previously was courteous and friendly, and then he smirked flippantly and said "how did it make you sick?" and so I had to tell him their food gave me diarrhea, and he started telling me repeatedly that food poisoning takes 24-72 hours to settle in and that I should call Hennepin County Medical Center. The hostess butted in and said to me disrespectfully, “did you go to Emergency?” I was so shocked that I was almost speechless. I couldn’t believe they were behaving that way. If I had a restaurant and a paying customer came in and told me their food made them sick, I would be horrified and apologize. I would offer them their money back and give them a coupon and tell them to please come back again. The waiter at this restaurant didn’t even apologize. He said “what do you want ME to do?” and I said “I would like to be reimbursed.” And they kept telling me to go to the Emergency room. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve never been treated this badly in my life. I have experience in the medical field, and I know that when someone eats something that makes them sick, people have different reactions and there are different ways that food can make someone sick, but in most cases, it’s a bacteria issue and the person who ate it knows pretty soon. It’s unmistakable. I was not so much upset by having gotten sick, but I was really upset by how rude and disrespectful the waiter and the hostess were to me. I will never go back to this restaurant. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was average, pricing was on the higher side for the kind of food that the place had to offer. To top it a middle aged lady in the punjabi suit who took our order was soooooo darn rude. She had no sense of service and took all her anger out on the customers.. Then there was this all time smiling weird waiter who kept walking to our table and was keen on only clearing the table irrespective of the fact that we were still not done eating. There was an adolescent boy who was courteous, warm and professional. He could run the place better than that cold lady. She takes the customers for granted and passes a cold look if we ask for our bill. On the whole, it was average food, fair enough ambience, cold punjabi lady, professional adolescent boy and weird waiter. Killed our evening.

We went to India Palace on a weekend with some friends for lunch buffet. The reception we got from the counter girl was very cold. Infact she just freaked out when we said we were expecting a few more friends. She started saying that a reservation is needed and that she has to run a business and cant let so many people in without a reservation. We were around 14 people. Wow! Are you kidding me...I am still trying to think about a reason and logic of why she said "I have a business to run"...if you have a business to run then wont you want more and more people to come to your restaurant? It wasnt like we were not going to pay for our other friends...it just seemed that they welcome only few types of people...it was very insulting and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had the Tandoori Chicken which was the usual westernized version, the chicken vindaloo which doesnt deserve to be called by that name because the only taste we could get in the curry was tanginess, but the worst of all was the garlic naan. The garlic in the naan was so raw that it still burns my mouth after one and a half hours of having it. The explanation they gave was "This is how we make garlic naan". I guess that was just short of saying "Our food is not for you". I dont think this restaurant is for those who are from India where the flavors are totally different. Also, the price is too high for the quality and quantity of the food served. I really wanted to have some good Indian food after a long journey but ended up totally disappointed.

Good variety of vegetarian and carnivore options. Theyre super fast if you order take out. Theyre slower if you dine in. Some of the servers dont listen or seem to pay attention as much if youre female and addressing them with a male at the table. For that, I remove a star. This has happened to me on three separate occasions. One time I spent my entire meal politely asking for a straw to be ignored. Another time when I ordered food they looked to my male dinner companion to verify my order was acceptable. A third time they ignored my empty water glass and didnt refill it as requested until a male at the table needed water.

Hi my name is Amith Rahool i have been comming to this restraunt for a week now. i come every Wendsday. the dishes are clean and the food is like the front window of india. the soda was the right amount of fizz is well. thank you for linsening. Ps. sorry for the incovinience but the sevice was grat is well Pss . Sorry Again. Almost forgot the desert was spectacular and the name of the desert was Gulab Jaman It had the right amount of sweet. The water was so pure by the way they poured it sorry for the inconvenience i forgot to write this in my last post

I am giving 5 stars for catering service. I ordered food here for our baby shower party last weekend. I am really impressed. Many of my guests mentioned to me that the food was excellent. I am especially impressed with their timely delivery, as I needed the lunch to be delivered at 10.30 in the morning. You guys have called me by 10.25 to confirm that the food is ready. Great Job in both the aspects, quality and timely delivery. I am choosing 4 starts as I am yet to experience dining in at this resturant.

09.21.16 Again after 6 month, same taste, same outstanding experience. I am increasing my rating to 4 star now. ......... 03.15.16 What a place. Really tasty North Indian style food. Ask for their Malai Kofta with Regular Parath (not in the menu, but they will make you one) and you will realize that this is one of the best you have ever tasted. Nice location, good number of hotels within 2-3 miles. Large Parking. Keep it up.

Food is OK...can be passed. The biggest turn off was the behavior of the woman who is probably the manager/owner of this establishment. We had reserved this place for 20 people but due to last minute cancellations on 16 turned up. The woman was visibly displeased about it and her behavior towards us for the rest of the evening was distasteful (as was the food). It appeared as if she was doing us a huge favor in serving.
