Called in order. Showed up 10 minutes later.Then waited another 5 minutes to pay. Waited another 15 minutes for host to tell me they were out of what I wanted. Told them I wanted my money back. I was informed they could not give me my money back because I used a card and it could be up to 5 business days to get the credit back on my card. On duty supervisor told me they could make me something else. By now 45 minutes have passed since I placed my order. They made me a substitute. I should have checked it before I left. There was about a 1/8 cup of oil that the onion rings were swimming around in. My burger looked like it had been sent back to the kitchen by a customer from earlier in the day. I took it back. The young lady behind the counter, after looking at the nasty oily onion rings, had the balls to ask me if I wanted them to make me more. I just wanted my money back. The lady was the same one involved throughout this fiasco. By this time they were willing to refund my money, 1 hour and 15 minutes after I first walked into the store.. By this time my blood sugar is crashing, I didnt get my food in time after taking my insulin. I had to rush to Super America across the street to get a candy bar and juice so I could make it home. Had I been refunded my money right away I could have avoided the near miss with my blood sugar crashing. Thanks for nothing Perkins. Literally nothing.....

Something happened to this Perkins that I just can’t explain. This place used to be wonderful, the quality of the food was reflected in the prices and the service wasnt all that bad. Though, I feel the recent change in management really did work on what used to be a great place. It’s utterly unacceptable that I’ve had to wait nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive food for a party of only 4. The waiters distress was projected in the service I was receiving and I could say there weren’t simply enough interactions with management to make this place feel cozy. Maybe in the future it will get better, but as of now avoid this particular location and make the trip else where. Trust me, it will be worth your time and money to do so.

I have been to this location a few times now. I cant complain about the waite staff per se. However there are a few issues. The lobby seems to have a permanent "urinal cake smell". On my last visit the tables seemed "sticky". We asked to be moved. They obliged and said the lamented tables were all like that in the "sunny area" after 10 years of abuse in sunlight. Low and behold the table in the middle of the restaurant not in sunlight had the same problem. We left and went to the Plymouth location. Their 10 year old tables in their sunny area were not the least bit "sticky". While I believe it was more a housekeeping issue than "old abused tables" in either case they need to correct the issue before Ill ber back.

Horrible service the African American cashier/host was very rude!! He kept rushing my family and I out the door just because it was closing time. I get that your closed and its late but you dont tell the customers to leave because you want to go home thats just really rude. I am really disappointed in my service here. Im a server myself and my boss would of fired me if I was pushing customers out the doors just because we are closed. Its your Job as the host/server to keep the customer satisfied no matter what extent.

Its Perkins for Gods sake. The food is as good as it always has been, which means its Perkins. What do you expect??!!? Everytime weve come here, the wait staff and manager have been great: friendly, fast and fun! Again, its Perkins! After the remodel, the place is brighter and more inviting, but again, its Perkins!!.

If you like long waits, poor service and poor quality of food (nothing like what you see on the menu) you will love this Perkins. The waiter was good, but there is only so much he could do when servicing the entire restruant. And best of all, its manager doesnt give a crap.

Friendly customer service when your first hit the tables but then the food takes forever and at times when you already got served you are ignored at times when all you wanted was ketchup. It was really hard getting their attention :(

Nice staff, great food. Clean building, well maintained. They recently updated the interior and it looks wonderful. Parking has never been an issue, and the wait times are reasonable.

Google says open 24hrs today 5/11/16 so I drive there at 5:30am and two ladies standing in front of the door smoking say... We dont open til 6am....I thought all Perkins were open 24hrs?

Best Perkins Ive been too. We got occasionally when we are feeling lazy on Sundays. The food is always fantastic as well as the service. Love this place, very well run.
