Front desk was extremely rude when ordering. Probably one of the worst Ive seen. We were asked to wait 30mins for our take-out, which is fine because we could see them being busy around 7:30. We waited about 20mins before I saw a order of the same kind of pizza we had being boxed and put on the shelf. I was wondering if that was for us, but they never called our name while other take out customers were called when their food is ready. So we assumed it must be for someone elses pick up. We waited another 15mins before the rude guy at front desk asked us what were waiting for. We told him and he asked if we wanted to pay now. I told him we paid 35mins ago and had been waiting. It took him another 5mins to figure out those boxed I saw earlier were actually our order. So the take out took us 40mins in total. The stromboli was good but half of the cheese leaked out of the bread which made the box a mess.

As people have indicated, the sauce is REALLY sweet. So if you like that, maybe this is your place. They also make their pizzas in the "swirl" style. So you dont have a slice with cheese and sauce evenly throughout the slice. Besides the sweet sauce, the taste of the pizza is not good. Really boring. The crust has no flavor. Our two year old son (who loves pizza!) even refused to eat it. He said it was "yucky." We ended up ordering the pizza to go but I had to wait around for a couple minutes before anyone even took my order. Nobody seemed interested in taking my order. And then when the woman at the counter finally took my order, it was almost like it was an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place especially since there appears to be so many other options in the area.

Okay where do I start we picked up a slice of pizza and we all spit out literally Ive never done that before with in 5 minutes I ordered a pizza from dominos which is way below average I see the only people who think this is any good are not Italians thank God the Italians are not embarrassing themselves I seen that is good it is absolutely the worst food pizza imitation whatever it is Ive ever had say your family save your money dont get it Ive never done a review like this before or I never have even done review buying compelled to tell you save your self from Franzones.. I would never want to hurt anybodys business but it they dont deserve to be serving this tragic representation of Italian food

Where do I start?! This was a take out order. I originally wanted delivery, but it was going to take too long. The man on the phone couldnt be more rude. The menu said Jumbo Chicken Wings. Not true. It also said there was a quantity of 10. Nope, 7. The offerings were BBQ, Spicy BBQ and suicide. I ordered the suicide. They were right! I wanted to kill myself for ordering them. The Buffalo chicken tenders were almost mediocre. The potato skins just missed. I usually give everyone a second chance because you can always have a bad day. This was the second chance. The first was pizza that is nothing like Franzones on Dekalb. I wont be back. My son hated it both times, as well.

I grew up on this pizza. You love it or you hate it. One thing thats for sure is youve never tasted anything like it. Personally, Im addicted, Ive been eating here since I was a kid and it was DeJohns Pizza back in the 70s. You really need to try this pizza at least once - they have a unique, sweet sauce that youll never find anywhere else. Its so good, you can easily overlook the decor and the service. Will definitely stop in next time Im back in Philly.

This is truly delicious pizza. I am a big fan and I order from you guys almost every week. But please change your website/contact info. I clicked on the website and called the number not even looking that I was calling the location on Bridgeport. I live in Conshohocken and intended to call that location. When I went to pick up my food; to my dismay and theirs, it obviously wasnt there. It was my mistake but also an honest one. Please fix!

they used to be good but this is the 2nd or 3 time where you order a pizza thinking it fresh and its old. you order they tell you 20mins show up in 5 and its done??ut you can tell its old because the dough is a light color but you bite into it and its crunchy like a chip. like it was reheated. last time I order from them when I used to eat there almost once a week

Well this was final stop in my quest for a decent cheesesteak in Conshe.. Surprisingly this had to be the worst! Steer clear of this place if you want a good cheesesteak. If you find yourself in Conshe unfortunately you will not be able to find a good cheesesteak. Do yourself a favor and take the drive down Ridge to Dellasandros or Chubbys.

I work Across the street from this place at the New Verizon Store on Ride pike a couple days a week and i Ordered a Chicken cheese-steak sub from Franzones and IT WAS THE BEST CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK I HAVE EVER HAD. Now today I will order another one. excellent chef at this place. 5 stars - highly recommend sports bar with great food

Open later; better beer selection than your standard Bud, Miller, etc (they have Lagunitas). Pizza is thin crust and good flavour; sauce is overly sweet but good for the price; shorter barmaid was well pleasant and made my trip worthwhile (extremely friendly and made me feel welcome); 4th star for the barmaid

My son has been ordering since he was an infant, now I have to say thats its become my favorite pizza as well- always consistent, hot, and delicious. I like that they now deliver Beer. Good for him (pizza) and good for me(beer)!!!!!!!

Franzones is a "love it or hate it" pizza. VERY sweet sauce, and a unique blend of cheese (not your bubble-gum Mozz.) Thin, super crispy crust, and you can buy slices first to decide if you love it or hate it. I love it.

Very nice server, especially with my two young children. The sauce on the pizza was a bit sweet for my tastes but it was still good. Restaurant itself is a bit aged but gives it the old pizza shop charm.

I always Liked the original franzones pizza on Bridgeport. The first time I went there the messed up my order, 2nd time I got the pizza and its just not the same as the original. So I never went back.

Sweet pizza sauce. It is a nice switch up from the traditional pizza. I want a fan of how cooked The dough was though. The wings were pretty good too. My server was extremely nice and very polite.
