They have good good food and good service but this location is getting run down. I think the staff is awesome. They all work hard to make for a great experience. The food is always hot and most of the time its pretty fast. One thing that kind of bothers me. They have great pancakes but the syrup is served cold. It would be better to serve it hot like the competition. This location is getting run down. The fabric on the corners of the booths and the back of the chairs is filthy (see photo) this is a real turn off. The vents above the booths along the windows are covered in mold and theres a square vent directly over one of the center booths that is absolutely black with mold. The bathrooms are very dated and the mens room is usually dirty and reekes! Today there was urine all around the urinal. I recently saw an employee walk from the kitchen to the mens room with a mop. How can you wash the floor without a bucket to rince the mop a few times? Come on! Take some pride! Ill be happy to update this review if I see improvements but its just too dirty and rundown to to warrant more then two stars.

Really disappointingly frustrating experience, no one seemed like they wanted to be here, staff or annoyed patrons. My food was cold which was a part of the you pick 4.. and didnt tell me theyre out of crepes until they served it, so now I have no food while the rest of my part eats. And when I brought this to their attention they didnt apologize, they just grabbed it and walked away. Everyones food was cold when it was supposed to be hot. .. and no silverware for awhile.... Asst manager not very apologetic as be brings out our food slowly Quite disorganized, and not on top of refills, idk... not the best experience.. additionally, my aunts order wasnt made as specified, drinks ordered werent brought out, so it was just an unfortunate experience ... And they didnt apologize. . Our server Monique was nice, I think she was new before this place could harden her.

Strawberry Crepes (better than Perkins and Good Day Cafe) and Cherry pie (better than Perkins) were delicious. Server came by to clear table, but didnt refill our drinks. We had to flag her down to refill our drinks afterwards-which our tip reflected that and the overall service. Our bill for 4 didnt come out smoothly nor was the transaction itself. The food and experience was just what I expected. Good food and tolerable experience; not great service. I wouldnt come here again unless I was really craving their pie/crepes. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Their so-called "Free Pie Wednesday" is a joke. They refer you to the insert on the menu where you get a half sandwich, small cup of soup, and slice of pie for a set price. But what they dont tell you is that the pie COMES WITH it anyway. Why dont they just say order any entree on the menu and a slice of pie is free?

I hadnt been to a Bakers Square in years but thought Id give it a try. I ordered an Asian chicken salad that was fresh and delicious. I topped it off with a slice of blueberry pie. The pie crust was thin, the filling was loaded with blueberries. The decor was fresh and welcoming. I will be returning!

Had the eggs benedict and it was ok, not great. Packaged hollandaise but otherwise it wasnt bad. The side of fruit was fresh which was a plus. Initially rated 2 stars, but I didnt "not like" it, so I begrudgingly bumped it up to 3. Service was really good though.

I love their chilli and wish they had it year round. Also, their white Chocolate key lime pie was quite a snazzy experience for the taste buds. Wish they had that pie year round...as well as the Elvis pie, banana peanutbutter pie. Snazzy dazzy yumzilla

Almost always great service, almost always great food. Had the turkey salad sandwich today, half the sandwich had no salad on it, just a piece of lettuce. Im not a complainer so just chalked it up to an inattentive cook...this time.

The staff at the Eden Prarie location are always friendly and helpful. I love the strawberry crepes in the morning and the flatbreads and pie shop specials make a great lunch or dinner. And of course the pie is always top notch!

Theyre advertising an hour wait for food after getting seated. Not sure if this is topical or a one time thing, but feel its important to know on Sundays. Got food pretty quickly, and service was good.

Love this place!! The wait staff is phenominal, the banana cream pie is out of this world, and the stir fry pita is to die for. The only draw back is there are none of these located in Virginia.

Breakfast is served anytime. I like the omelet loaded with side of hash browns. Wednesdays are free slice of pie with your order. You can take it to go if youre full and enjoy it later.

Pies are excellent. I had a meal and as i left i saw that was free pie night. No one asked if you wanted a slice and i did not get one for my guest or me.
