I am usually a huge fan of Hy-vee, and I visit my "home" store on a daily basis. Usually the staff is quite accommodating. Today, however, I stopped at the Euclid Ave store. After purchasing a 200 dollar money order, I inquired about a roll of quarters. It took me aback, how rude the woman behind the counter was, and completely unwilling to help, telling me no, but it depends on how many blah blah blah.. And though she had several rolls, I was told I "better go thru the drive thru at the bank" if I wanted any. Well thank you, rude woman at the customer service desk, you know a kind gesture doesnt cost a thing... And a smile is free... But there was no helpful smile, in that aisle..... *disappointed*

I only visit this location when the others are inconvenient. I was out late getting some late night items, and when heading to checkout, two lanes were open and both had long lines. I made a detour, and when I made it back to checkout again, both lanes were merged into one. The second checkout closed and all the employees seem to have left the front area but one. It took about 5-10 minutes before relief came.

I love this Hy-Vee because they always have enough people working so I dont have to wait too long in the checkout line.. There fresh pizzas you take home to bake are a good value. (the thin crust is great!) Not only are there enough checkers but there are always employees floating around to help when it comes to finding items. They dont just tell what Isle they take you there.

Yeah the staff are cool. I think we forgot this is a grocery store. Their food sucks. Theres nothing organic, theres no selection. Im not looking for a diner. Im looking for groceries. I dont care about their pre-made frozen food. They have super limited fruits and veggies. Its one star better than groceries at Walmart or target.

SUPER friendly staff I walked in and saw a manager walking inside from helping a couple with their things while greeting customers who were walking inside and helping out those who were working. Cashier was friendly as well. I had multiple people ask me if I needed help. I have never felt more welcome at a grocery store!

I have been a customer of Hy-Vee for more than 30 years. I was even an employee for about 3 years. There is NO BETTER grocery store than Hy-Vee. The friendly employees, the cleanliness of the store, the quick check outs, the ease of finding your items! I will forever be a Hy-Vee customer, no one else even compares!!!!!

Everything is unly the best. My nephew and his wife have a new Hy-Vee in Oakdale Minnesota, and they love it. They shop there for all their needs. I am so excited for them as well. Hy-Vee is the best way to shop for all your meats. They will even cut any meat, roasts or slice anything I need. Love my Hy-Vee!!!!!!!

Attitude from some employees plus hire ups will size you up thinking I could be possible shoplifter and follow me or whomever they are watching through store and also not pleased how they price things like its a deceiving practice. There are other stores to do my shopping at.

Youll find what you need but not the exact product you need. For example, I want X brand name milk. They carry milk, but not what I want. This scenario applies to a lot of things here. Good store in a pinch, but I typically will go out of my way to a different location.

Old, reliable, basics and more can be found at HyVee. This location doesnt have the same variety or selection that other HyVee stores do. I can only assume the management thinks we on the East Side dont enjoy as much variety as those who live in other zip codes.

Very poor customer service. None of the management can communicate with one another. Food Director is a complete ass and has his nose in the air and their manager Josh treated my elderly father with much disrespect. Never shopping at this location again.

Hy-Vee is awesome because it has high speed Wi-Fi and great customer service and has Starbucks on location lots of other shops around the mini mall and it offers clean bathrooms
