Despite the bread and baked goods being so cheap, you really should avoid this place by all means. They are racist and blatantly and openly talk about how "the sign out front keeps those Somalis away. They always come in here and steal." Or about how if black fathers "were actually around and cared for their kids instead of selling crack all day, that the black population would be smarter and crime would basically stop." Im white, and white people love cheap baked goods. But this open racism around costumers is awful. I know 99% of people looking for thrift bakeries arent going to care about this review, but I hope it sways some of you to just drive up the road to Driskills.

Ive loved coming here for the past 10+ years; growing up in Hopkins my brother and I would frequently bike or walk to here and pick up some deeply discounted donuts for the weekend or some bread for evening meals or cupcakes for a birthday present. Very friendly staff, and I like that this place helps divert a lot of perfectly good naked goods from going into the trash every week.

They have a large variety of baked goods on the shelf and in the refrigerator. The price is right too, they are always half priced off, and sometimes they have extra deals. I go there once or twice a week. The employees are very helpful too.

A great place to pick up a bargain for bread, donuts, cupcakes and other baked goods. They even have cream puffs and cold drinks. The manager Tony is a gem, a great guy who will lift your spirits and leave you happy you came!

Never know what you might find, and also not find! Out-of-date bakery items. Store is kept too warm for baked goods. I only buy for immediate use. Closed Mondays!
