A couple of my friends have had bad experiences with waitresses but luckily I have not. The only reason i give this place 2 stars is because of those friendly waitresses. The foods not bad over priced like any place but the biggest problem is the manager with white hair. The guy is a complete prick and twice I have gone in there and he has sat me and made some snide remarks thinking hes funny resulting in me just walking out. Just seat me, get me my menu and move the F on. I dont know you and you dont know me i dont have time for your stupid silly, childish remarks which is the reason you are now receiving my bad review. You manage a Perkins. Who the hell do you think you are? Ive gone in there after these 2 experiences and not once has he approached since. You are no one to me and I am no one to you. Lets keep it that way big guy

The only person who I really liked her was the nice waitress I had this time when I was there. The woman at the cash register harassed me into trying to donate to a charity and I said no because that violates my ethical anarchist beliefs. I dont donate to charities because of all the money laundering conspiracies that go on with them. Furthermore she gave me a mean look and was expected a mentally disabled person(Me) to give! So Im pissed! I like my waitress I had when I was here and she looks like a hard worker unlike the hostess head that harasses customers. That hostess lady should get fired for not respecting my political beliefs and yes anarchy is technically a political belief of no hierarchies, mo ,masters, and no gods.

Took 15 minutes to get drinks ordered, then took another 10 minutes to finally see those drinks, which were not the correct drinks we ordered. Afterwards it took 20 minutes to order and then 40 minutes until we got our food. A group of guys got seated 10 minutes after we got there and they got fully served and finished before we got our food. All of were served by the same waitress who was incredibly rude when we tried to ask for refills of our drinks, which we never actually got. Also another group of our friends ordered before we got there and finally got their food as we were leaving. Awful experience and do not plan to order from here again.

I can no longer go to Perkins. I got really really sick at this Perkins. I was throwing up, and it was awful. But I didnt fully realize that Perkins was the culprit until I also got sick at other Perkins. What is going on with this company? What is in the food? I normally have an "iron stomach." This has been pretty strange esp. since I have eaten here for years. I talked to a manager at a Montana Perkins who suggested that I may be allergic to one of the products they use, since they use the same products at all the stores. This may be but Ive never had such a bad reaction to any restaurants food.

Friendly neighborhood perkins my mom and I always go to. The prices are excellent the waitresses are always kind and outgoing, and the food suites my needs with abundance. I dont feel hungry after coming here because the portions are the right fit. I usually get the lean meat cheeseburger with a salad instead of fries to be healthier and the salad substitute is a pretty big size. Ive been to other restaurants before and they charge extra for a salad substitute but perkins doesnt and the other restaurants portion sizes are just awful. I also take my girlfriend here as well and she loves it too.

Wow. Horrible! Ordered eggs waited over 30 minutes. Told our waitress we were done waiting. For a Sunday night and only 1/3 full diner, Id expect better from Perkins. On the positive side they said our drinks were free. Get a better handle on staffing and management. We wont be back anytime soon at this location. Update:Bob the district manager called promptly and after I explained the events of that night he apologized,thanked me for my input, and provided me with his action steps to remedy the situation.

Terrible service, had to wait +15 minutes for a check, my significant other had to go up to the till to actually get our bill. We were seated quickly, but forgotten about when we got our food. food was below average, I ordered hasbrowns and got half of the serving my significant other got of them. Poor service, okay food, okay location. Wish the manager on duty had gotten his employees on the floor instead of making conversation with them. Especially while people are being sat, with no service.

This place is usually pretty good. The food is tasty, but some of the waitresses dont seem to care. the last time I was there I was seated immediately and it took 15 minutes before anyone came for my order, even though I mentioned I was ready when they seated me. it was an additional 35 minutes before I saw my food, and it was cold. all in all I was sitting in there for an hour. My meal was half off because of it but I wont be going back for awhile.

Mkay... This turn of events happened today right now 4:45am. I recognize its early in the morning but Ive had the last straw. This is a few encounters deep now. Extra burnt chicken strip basket w/ no fries..? Its literally all frying howd that go wrong? Super high priced steak for 3 slivers of meat and a piece of fat with other regular sides id recommend with anything else... Last resort....

My wife and I stopped on Christmas Day on our way home at 10:30 pm. The waitstaff sucked and the manager didnt seem to care. We waited for 10 minutes to get seated, ordered immediately, and it was 35 minutes before we got our food. There were people seated at the table next to us, who were there BEFORE us, who still hadnt received their food when we were leaving. Horrible service.

Very long wait on food and service, was very busy at the time so not as bad. Orange juice tasted like water with food coloring. Food on the other hand was excellent. Mixed feelings overall not bad. Manager took a couple items off the receipt for the mix up in our order. Staff was friendly overall.

This is the worst restaurant. We were sitting more than 20 minutes before a rude waitress came last night..the manager did not say sorry for the bad attitude and service of his staff. I will never return to this place, even if it is the only restaurant in Minnesota.

We came on a Sunday night, and waited 30 minutes before we even got to order. Also the waitress was rude when we asked if we could order. She proceeded to tell us that there were people waiting for 15 minutes. We finally ordered at 45 minutes in. Very not satisfied!!

Came with 2 other people and everyone was happy with their meal. Maybe only go for the food and not friendly service, i.e., at least with this server. We even tipped a bit beyond the 20 percent. Made no difference. Hates her job or bad day? We likely wont return.
