Worst Bartender Ever! (The male working on Saturday 08/29/15 night) As a bartender, it is in my nature to look out for good customer service when I visit another establishment. Ive encountered restaurant staff who have been slow and even ones who have lacked personality/ charisma, but what I experienced tonight was something Ive never experienced before. The bartender was the rudest and most disrespectful restaurant staff Ive ever experienced!! The way he treated me and my friends/family made me soo upset because I would never want any of my customers to feel the way I felt tonight. I live in New Jersey and we all met at my aunts house to have a farewell get together for one of my cousins who is joining the military and we decided to stop by the local pub for a few drinks. I would never come back to Keystone if Im back in Bethlehem (Ill just make sure I visit the liquor store early lol) and Im pretty sure my cousins who live in the area would question coming back to their local bar after such an unwelcoming visit. I do appreciate the female staff member (not sure if she was a fellow bartender or a manager) who did allow us to get drinks and seemed a lot nicer (the only reason I gave this place any stars) Im a bartender in NYC and this guy would never make it with that nasty ass attitude of his. Hope he appreciated that 80% tip I left him...felt like I had a point to prove. Smh!

Awesome wings and lots of other things. It was a real treat coming here. It was so much fun my two guy friends had their own little wing eating competition and they were so nuts. Anyway, they had a live band their and they guy was really good he sounded like Daughtry. He did some country stuff to. The crowd is nice and not rowdy. Sometimes they like to get lous but ive never seen a fight here and I have been here six or seven times so far. I cant wait to back again soon.

Keystone is a dive-y neighborhood bar with a lot of charm. The building is extremely old which makes the layout a bit cumbersome but its rarely TOO crowded where this becomes an issue. If youve been to the Whitehall location, this one resembles it in name and menu only. The wings here are great but be forewarned it can get mighty busy on Monday for Wing Night.

This is a great neighborhood bar - with surprisingly good food options. If youre in, try the wings! The house sauces are excellent, and the Ghost sauce should be spicy enough even for the most demanding of wing-eaters. Given its location, Ive found that the size of the crowd varies significantly day by day - but thats not necessarily a bad thing.

I have been coming to this place for years. The service and people were great. Over the years the service and food have progressively got worse. I could be sympothetic if they were busy. However they were slow tonight. I waited 20 minutes for my beer and close to 40 for my food. I am never going back. The wait staff is nice but food sucks.

Rude manager terrible experience overall the cost of the food and the night wasnt worth it we had a problem with the billing and I was being very cooperative and the attitude I got was ridiculous for how nice I was being will NOT be returning unless a major change happens

This restaurant was horrible it was plain mess. The food was absolutely disgusting it was uncooked and prepared horribly. The waiters were rude to me and my family by barely checking on us and giving us attitude. Also the place is a dump it needs some remodeling.

Great corner pub type environment with welcoming regulars. It differs substantially from their Whitehall location (for the better) - less commercialized, which I fancy more. They always have a craft beer on draft I fancy & their quesadillas & wings are on point!

Great place to grab food after work. Has tons of tables with some outside on a porch. Great wings and fries along with a big drink selection. Frequently has bands on weekends and also shows UFC matches and other big sporting events. Good specials as well.

Terrible service, theyre were flys all around inside. Overheard workers talking down upon eachother. Just seems like the whole atmosphere is against eachother rather than working together. Would much rather recommend anywhere else

Greatest wings around, 50 cents monday nights after 4pm. Menu hasnt moved from having mostly fried food or cheesesteak type items since it opened. Cool place to garb a beer and wings though.
