My boyfriend, two cousins and I went here after MOA. My boyfriend had his iPad with him and my cousin was using it until our food got to the table. Three waiters/waitresses come with four different plates of food. My cousin tries to move my boyfriends iPad to the side and his iPad case. A waitress (not our waitress) does not even allow my cousin to move the iPad case and SHOVES strawberry pancakes into his iPad case staining it! Its a good thing the iPad was moved in time and was not in the case! We report it to the manager. He tells me that he doesnt know what he can do about. He tells him to go wash the case with soap and water! Its permanently stained. The waitress who shoved the pancakes into the iPad case comes over and instead of apologizing, she just tries arguing with us. She never once apologized. She acted like she did not know what it was that she did. She talked down to my cousin and said, "Are you sure that you didnt shove the pancakes into the case" like hes retarted. She told someone that she was going to come up to our table who was not our waiter so that he could watch and listen to the whole incident. She walks away and as shes walking away says, "little f***er" under her breath. We complain to the manager again. My boyfriends $50 iPad case is stained because of her. The manager does not offer us a refund or a discount or anything free. Thanks iHop! For three of us, it was our first time ever. Never going to another iHop again!

On 2/13 we had stopped in at 1AM. We received our food and one of the plates had hair in the hash browns. After eating some of the food on a different plate we found more hair in our hash browns. At this point, we all just stopped eating our meals. The manager on duty, was informed of our findings and came over to the table to tell us the cooks are wearing their hair nets and just said sorry. I was a least expecting to be refunded for the two meals or at the least receive a discount on the two bills. NOPE, nothing they acted like nothing happen. Afterwards, I had emailed Ihops customer service section on their website and explained my experience in finding hair which was cooked into our food. I received one call back from someone at this location but unfortunately missed their call. Called them right back and had to leave a message and asked for someone to return my call. Since then (February 13th), I have NEVER received a call back. I have waited long enough for a call back and to resolve this matter before writing a review... Overall, before thinking about walking into this location...STOP, TURN AROUND AND ABORT...you will be happy with your decision. I have given this location plenty of different opportunities to improve their food, customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. Again, ABORT, ABORT, go some where else!

Can I leave a Zero rating? I am not one to leave negative ratings but my recent experience at this location was BAD. My coworkers and I stopped in quick over lunch thinking this would be a good quick place to eat. No it wasnt. It took close to 40 minutes to get our food once we ordered it. Never once while we were waiting did our server check in on us or offer to refill our water. She checked in at other tables but not us. Once we finally said something about our food another server NOT THE MANAGER came over and said it takes 25 minutes to cook your food. I should mention that we all ordered close to the same thing eggs, hash browns, french toast and toast. Nothing difficult. When we finally got our food it was luke warm at best. It tasted like it sat under a heatlamp for 10 minutes. This was all happening when we were struggling to get back to the office before our lunch was over. No JOKE the WORST experience Ive had at a restaurant. Me nor any of my coworkers will be going back

We pulled up at like 1:30am and some teenagers were right in the dash portion of a dine and dash. We saw a server come out but she was too late, the kids were GONE. She turned out to be our waitress and EVEN THOUGH shed just been screwed over, she was super positive and pleasant. But not in that obnoxious kind of way, in a downright INFECTIOUS one. Her name is Kat (or Catherine or whatever, I dont know if its a K or a C) and shes GREAT. She was super attentive and helpful and seriously great. Our food was straight up amazing too, I cant remember the last time I enjoyed a breakfast this much! Its a BIT unfair because Im a bananas Foster maniac and its an option at IHOP but gee whiz it was amazing. I havent ever been like "IHOP is fine dining, lets go there for an incredible experience and ambiance" or anything like that, but this seriously WAS a pretty incredible experience. Thanks Kat and thanks to IHOP for capping off a really pleasant night for me.

Waited over 10 minutes to be seated even though restaurant was not busy. Waited 15 minutes before the waitress came over to take our drink & food order. I ordered a side of ranch with my food and it was not brought with my plate. Asked waitress that brought food for ranch & pop refill. Waited another 5 minutes and I approached management for the items, was told with an attitude "ok." Went & Sat back down, waited another 5 minutes, manager finally brought items and told me, again with an attitude, the other waitress had to take a call. Finally, after the manager came to our table, saw the lady who was supposed to be our waitress come to our table to ask how everything was. Philly cheese steak was very dry, turkey dinner had almost no gravy. I will never go back to this location ever again. I understand when a restaurant is busy but there were only about 10 tables with 2-3 people and 4 wait staff. Ridiculous wait and rude service.

The food & service was okay. Though I have visited IHOPs in the past and usually without a coupon, this particular visit we came in with a group that was obviously 3 different families, 3 different tabs and each with a coupon from a different sources. We were told only 2 coupons per "party" (even though we could have all came in as separate families and each used a coupon). Felt like a very pour PR for the restaurant on a whole. Put a sour taste on the experience for what would have cost the restaurant $6.99 to honor a coupon for the third family - seemed a small cost for good PR and positive word of mouth reputation. It made it an ackward situation for us to decide which family could not use their coupon. It doesnt make one want to return anytime soon.

Need to get their act together at shift change. Came in from our hotel for a decent cup of coffee and breakfast to go for 2. Took the order at 7:58... Immediately poured my coffees and then I began to wait... And wait... And wait. Was asked if I had been helped three times, pointed to the coffee in the tray said Im waiting for an order to go, Two servers and the manager said great and walked away... And I waited some more... Listened to servers discuss earrings, their future! Hair Styles and then , I asked and they went back to check... I said , that hasnt been sitting for a while has it... Oh no just a minute. Left with my cold sausage and pancake breakfast and cold coffee nicked for $22 ...Left at 8:40... Nice job!
