Today my boyfriend & I came in there for some coffee & bagels. As KEKE proceeded to slowly take my order not understanding what I am asking probably because she was so bubble headed and staring at everything but me, the CUSTOMER as I am talking. Making me have to repeat myself at least 3 times because shes not paying attention to me as I am slowly giving her our order. A co worker of hers comes up to her as I am literally in mid sentence and instead of waiting because well lets face it the customer always comes first (as I know because I am a Subway employee) she decides to stop listening.. if she even was listening to me? and talk with her co worker. Finally 5 mins later I am ordering our bagels and their manager proceeded to do the same thing the co worker did, started talking to KEKE the girl who is so into staring into space and not listening to me ignoring me because her other horribly trained coworkers and their obviously not fit manager keep interupting me and talking over me while I am placing my order. Lets just say I will never come there again. KEKE, her coworker, & their manager should watch a couple videos on customer service and should probably not interrupt a customer while ordering. Had I not been in mid sentence after repeating my self now 6 times it wouldnt be a problem but obviously people dont know anything there. I mean come on isnt the consumers how you make the money. Your business sucks! You remodeled and moved the building. Remodel or remove your employees.

This is now posted on my Facebook wall and has been tweeted with the location. Thank you SLOW SLOW and SLOWER. Not only that, the General Manager was working the register today and was so rude that it made me about explode. I asked for my normal Med Light roast in a large cup. Ive been purchasing it this was for two and a half years. He asked, "Room for cream?" I said yes, that why I wanted a med in a large cup. He just looked at me and said, "If youre going to fill it with cream, Im charging you for a large." What the hell. This was the 3rd and final try for this location. The first time I went in, it took me 12 min. to get a coffee. They rang it up, then it went over to another person to make, no one ever made it. But the 6 people behind the counter sure had plenty of time to talk to one another. The next time, I ordered coffee and a bagel. I got the bagel, not the way I ordered it, and again, had to ask for my coffee. I certainly dont know how this location is going to work. People dont have time to wait and keep waiting for a simple cup of coffee and to have a general manager treat his customers that he does. Its a shame, its a great concept, "Caribou and Einstein," but you have to know how to run it, and at this location, THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE.. Ill continue to go to my favorite Einstein Bros. Bagels at W 78th Street, and when I want Caribou coffee, Ill go to my other favorite Caribou location on York Ave in Edina. Rick Perry Very unhappy ex customer.

I just wanted to say I was blown away by the friendly customer service by Caitln H and her team at store #1321. I had a hiccup with the accuracy of my first order , and came home and realized I didnt get the correct sandwhich. I returned to the store with my reciept ( hating myself for being that customer ) and Caitlyn and her team acknowledged and fixed the issue.They even offered to reimburse. I was so refreshed by their efficiency ,integrity ,and genuine interaction! This experience turned from a reason to avoid to a reason to return and reccomend. Thanks guys and keep up the excellent service ! 5 Stars for customer satisfaction and service!

I ordered two drinks and two breakfast bagels this morning at this location. They got my drink wrong, though I repeated myself several times, I waited over 5 min for the bagels (which were really bland and really expensive!) And the staff while waiting stood with their back to me the whole time and then shoved the bag at me through the window when it came without any "have a nice day" or anything. I used to work in the retail and food industries and I find myself wondering what happened to good service?

I had to edit this review, which had been a five. I stopped in store for a bagel and coffee because the drive through tends to be slow with a few cars in line. The GM took my order and was rude when he took my order! He swiped my card on the reader rough, like 10 times, and my card is new. I asked for a dark roast and was given a light roast instead. Not sure why he was being rude, but he has no right taking it out on customers. I dont really want to go back.

Paid for a plain bagel with cream cheese. After 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby, we left. I am calling later to ask for a refund. The service is ridiculously slow every time, but this was by far the most upsetting. If youre on any type of schedule that requires less than 30 minutes to grab a bagel and some coffee, this is not the place to go. If youre going to upgrade a Caribou and offer bagels, get your act together and staff accordingly! Unbelievable!

she dropped my coffee, thought shed gotten away with it, tried to serve it to me... then i made it clear that i saw her drop it and she asked me how i felt about having a drink that was dropped. i told her i would feel better about a new drink. she told me she thought she was high. new drink made. wont be back.

I like that they have bagels in addition to the normally weak caribou good offerings. If you order your coffee black, ask them to add an ice cube to it if you need to drink it right away. Without cream it is to hot. Also, be prepared to wait on line, there is usually only one register open.

Great location and my sandwich was great. Only problem I had was that all condiments were behind the counter I.e jelly and honey!!! Had to keep going back to counter. Also only had one station to doctor my coffee and it is buried in the corner!!!

I love the service, the products, and the environment, but this place offers no recycling. They throw away everything. Come on guys, get with the times. Mpls has a wonderful recycling program.

Staff is always friendly but service can be slow in the drive through. The combo of coffee and bagels Im sure makes money but it slows down service tremendously for coffee drinkers.

No real complaints. Always courteous and helpful. I had never been to Caribou before I moved here. I have been a few times now. Good coffee and I love the variety of bagels.

They are a great addition to the block. Its clean and the bagel are a great addition to the Caribou Coffee. Glad you guys are in the neighborhood!
