Staffs are cool. The district manager doesnt do his job. The Mexican kid with straight teeth and an amazing hairstyle is AWESOME where is he? Huge mistake getting rid of him, cant come back until he is there.

Terribly slow service. 35+ minutes for a damn bagel. They were so slow because they messed up every 1/3 order before mine. Understaffed and grumpy employees, but I cant blame them.

I love Einstein (and there arent any where I live). They were out of hot water when we visited which was odd, so Im taking away a couple stars because this is a must-have!

Asked for sesame seed bagel, got poppy sead. Not a big deal, except that you dont know its wrong until you get to work and now have a bagel you dont like.
