Today was #stealabreakfast day thanks to the Royals stolen base in Game 1 of the World Series. This location has the "good" fortune of being across the street from a public middle school, and so there were literally dozens of pre-teens crowding the lobby to get their free Crunchwrap before school started. I got in line, ordered food for myself and my kids, and sat back to watch the chaos. The employees didnt once act out in frustration or anger at any of these kids, but calmly helped them one-by-one. I asked for the manager to give my compliments, and discovered that both the manager and the GM were on the line making food. No arrogance-of-position displayed this morning! The Crunchwraps were great. The iced coffee was terrible. Still a 5-star experience. Ill be back!

Ordered online using the app arrived to pick up my food at the drive thru and the employee said they did not receive my order, and which I then show my confirmation email showing my order as well as the time date and location I ordered from. At which point the employee says I couldve ordered it to a wrong location even though he just looked at my confirmation which said the location. Tried then to charge me again for my order and when I refused they said there was nothing they can do. So I was charged for food I never received while the drive thru employee and manager feigned ignorance. Poor business practices but I dont know what I expected it is taco bell.

The cashier and maybe manager Kordell was extremely inviting and got our order down very fast then personally delivered it to our table. That has never happened before, he deserves a good pat on the back! I would come back this location again.

Hate.mexican food. Their cannibus cassava was so spicy it ate a hole through my plate. My cousin grabbed it, sat down and watched his private parts melt into the wicked witch of the west. The staue of liberty job days were over. Cant jump.

Very well run location, a clear reflection on the management. I come here often, since nearly every other place around here sucks. Inside is always clean, and kitchen always clean from what I see. Excellent team! Keep up the good work!

I dont know if this lady was at the end of her shift or what but you was very rude and then got mad because I said I asked for no ice in my pink lemonade and she put ice in it and then ask the co-worker what the problem was

Its fast food. I am not really a fan of fast food, and learned that hard shell tacos are not good driving food. I guess if I was in need of something to eat with limited time again I would consider this place.
