Usually this white castle has been pretty good since they opened it a few years back but today was absolute garbage!! Ordered 20 sliders and 4 fries and over half of the sliders were cold and disgusting and same with the fries...I get its white castle and theyre known for being saugy and greasy which is usually delicious but I at least expect the food to be hot and fresh! My kids wouldnt even eat it and theyll literally eat anything... The kids that they had working there didnt care about their jobs and the place was a complete mess and I didnt bother complaining because the manager on duty couldnt have been a day older than 17. I wish that there was another one in the south metro area because I will not be going back here any time soon, if I want white castle then Ill drive to the one in West St.Paul where Ive been going for years and know that there will not be any of these problems happening.....

For obvious reasons I had to come here while on a contract... the food was awesome (first time having it without having to microwave it first lol) and the restaurant was pretty clean & well maintained. Only issue was how much the front clerk complained about how much he hated his job and managers there (not peppering it in either, like was only a few words after the greeting and throughout taking my order) but didnt stop me from enjoying it. Id still recommend this location despite the employee since everyone else there was awesome!

I went to this white castle on Monday Dec 21st and the gentleman working he called himself kumar and it just absolutely made our night, my bf had never been to white castle and thought it was a made up place. So of course I brought him to eat there and this gentleman was just awesome and we wanted to thank him so very much for his amazing service! When we come back to mn we will most definitely be visiting him again. Thank you sir for your great service you were awesome!

Only rated 4 stars because in the past they have messed up my order a few times. Otherwise food is always hot, and wait times are predictable. Most of the time the employees are friendly and helpful. Tangy BBQ sauce for the chicken rings is really good. Fries are always a good color hardly ever had dark yellow from dirty fryer grease. I dont hesitate to go to this location for lunch.

Have always had a good experience here in relation to their food. Theyve never screwed up my order, its always hot and good. However, wait time is always extreme. Plus their outdoor order screen has been out for months, and some of their employees are unbearably difficult to understand at times. Food is good, experience is horrible.

I did not give it two stars because of the food. I gave it two stars for the service. The people that work there have no idea what there doing, nor does the manager. Once we orerd our food it came out wrong the only thing they had right were the onion chips(which I recommend they are great). I just wish I got better service.

More than 15 burgers placed in a single order? Your at White Castle. Greasy little sliders accompanied with fries and a pop. Food has always been fresh and hot. Service is a little shaky in the drive thru, however it is bearable. Go get some burgers !

Food is always hot. Service is very respectable. Wait times can be long during a rush but worth it. They have handed me my order through the 1st drive thru window instead of waiting for the vehicle in front of me. Awesome

I love White Castle... its a nice slice of nostalgia when Im in a town that has one. And I have to say this was the friendliest and fastest experience Ive ever had at any White Castle Ive ever been to.

I went it so excited to get fried pickles and they didnt have them anymore and their fries werent cooked werent salted and it was extremely cold in there. I suggest you guys not go there.
