I was in the mens restroom at 5.50 pm CST on 11/26/2016 and when I started to urinate an employee opened the service door on me from the inside of the kitchen area, it was one of them greasy nigglets. My privacy rights were broken from this black Negro male employee. I will be contacting an attorney. Thanks Checkers in Leesville, Louisiana for violating my privacy rights. Hell would have to freeze over before I ate there again, unless its all whites running it. Dont née no nigglets no moor..

It seems that everytime I go through the drive-thru they get something wrong with my order. Normally, they give me the wrong size fries for my order. I know its not a big price difference, but its not about quantity of the price, its about getting what I ordered! I dont know if its bad management, bad training, or overall incompetence, but my experience has always been bad at the Leesville Checkers. The Lake Charles location has very superior service!

Personnel are always changing but service will range from mediocre to excellent depending on whos working. The day shift manager HAS gone out of her way to make ammends on wrong orders from her people. The effort is what I see and so you get a 4 star.

Great burgers and shakes, and the fries were awesome, very friendly staff. Walk up service was a little slow and a few minor order errors, but it didnt sour the experience at all.

I like to grab a quick burger and some fries from Checkers every now and then and just sit outside on a pretty day.
