This location has ruined Burger King for me, AND for anyone/everyone I can and WILL share my horrifying experience with. I have had several problems with THIS PARTICULAR location, oftentimes ordered food either is left out or left off my order. Special orders are NEVER a consideration as youll get what they give you PERIOD!!!! Most recently I went thru the drive thru while Russell was manager on duty. I ordered about $30 worth of food, there were supposed to be two whopper meals, two 2/$5.00 sandwich deals ALL WERE DETAILED, SPECIAL ORDER SANDWICHES even the whoppers were special order.. I took my time ordering, spoke slowly and clearly and patiently. Then I ordered 1 steakhouse combo and the 2czbgr-fri.--3.99 deal for the kiddos.. ... I live outside of town a bit, so... I was concerned when I only got 2 bags of food I knocked on the drive thru window and asked SPECIFICALLY is this "all of my order?" To which I was quickly dismissed with an overcasual "ya thats it" .... After I arrived at home and scurried inside to distribute dinner, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that OVER HALF OF MY ORDER was simply missing. I had two whoppers two fries one fish and one original chicken .NOTHING else, and the sandwiches I DID have were ALL WRONG. NOT ONE special request was followed. I immediately called the manager Russell who after MUCH argument finally agreed to replace the entire order as it was all wrong or missing. I explained that it would be a day or two before I could come retrieve my replacement food and was told "That will be fine Mr. Johnson Ill make a note of your order." Great it was order 57 I explained. He said he would print copy of receipt since it was so wrong and put it with my name in case he wasnt on duty. I thanked him and hung up. When I went back two days later Victoria was the manager, she basically called me a bold faced liar, allegedly attempted to contact Russell for confirmation but couldnt get him. Then proceeded to argue with me saying that she contracted the district manager (Barbara) who said I would now have to produce the receipt. I got Mrs. Barbara s CELL PHONE NUMBER and left a message for her to call me she never has... This is definitely NOT MY WAY... I WILL DEVOTE EVERY EFFORT TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM EVER EATING BUGER KING AGAIN.

B.K. how you are a shell of your former self! This is one of 3 locations left in Springfield. Its old. You can tell. The staff is usually friendly. Its like a mystery when you eat b.k. because I eat there so infrequently the fries have changed! Lol lol. Stuff added to the menu stuff taken away... the old b.k. broiler is gone... I liked that chicken sandwich. This location is ok.

This is the best Burger King in Springfield. I have been eating here for years each week. My orders are always right. The food is served hot and delicious. The employees are well trained and gracious. The restaurant is always clean. I am a picky Grandma and if I say it is good you can count on it. There are other BKs I have tried but always come back to this one.

Wouldnt say I love this one. On several occasions my family and I have gone here for dinner. We used the drive thru, but when we got home we find some items were not in the bag and other times the food was cold. Shouldnt get that cold with in a mile drive to the house. I suggest you go the the Burger King at 935 West Kearney Ave. Good service and good staff.

Upon entering the restaurant I found that it was Filled with the smoke from burning grease that smelled as though it hadnt been changed in quite some time I ordered 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches and 2 small fries the chicken sandwiches were very Dark from being cooked in bad grease and the fries had something black speckled all over them

Bad customer service. Food was burnt. They didnt give me my drinks, receptor the change from my order. ($12) then when I called about it they said they cant do anything I have to come into the store in the morning to figure it out. Which when you work from 7-5:30 its hard to do. This place was awful.

nasty workers one worker was cleaning the floor stop and went over there and started making sandwiches after his hands was on the floor one lady screams out hey you need to change your gloves you aint fixing my food I said aint that right Im out of here

Never have warm or fresh food. Nuggets and chicken fries are rubber and cooked in old oil every time weve tried them. Presentation of food is awful. Have given them numerous tries, but Im done going to this Burger King.

Too bad there is no zero stars. Writing this after waiting 20 min for a sandwich that the cashier told me the people in the kitchen are really bad at making which is why it is taking so long...what?
