Food is a bit pricey and I dont really understand why the burgers are priced separately. You pay for the burger separate, and if youd like to make it a combo, you add extra $$, but everything is still priced separate. This location just opened up in West St Paul right down the road from my house, and every time I drive by its busy! Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, but it was well worth it. Its good to have this restaurant down on the north side of Robert instead of the always-congested South Robert. I wonder if the burgers are frozen or fresh, because they dont look fresh. The fries are lack-luster and very plain with no seasoning. The cheese curds are delicious! Overall, I will go back again. EDIT** I came back to edit my review after going about 4 times. I probably wont go back again, as the last 2 times Ive gone Ive ordered an apple pie, both times being charged for it, but both times it wasnt included in my bag. The patties are for sure frozen before cooked. And for the amount of money they charge for sides after all is said and done, Id rather go down to the 5-8 Club to get a fresh burger for the same price.

If I could give it zero stars I would. First time I stopped here, everything was great. Amazing Customer service from a young man but today August 7th I stopped by during my lunch hour and ordered chicken street tacos along with a cheese burger combo. The cheese burger combo was alright but one of the street tacos that I was given had a bite taken out of it! I was truly in disbelief. I returned to the restaurant and explained the situation and both workers seemed in disbelief. What I believe was a manager was called over and didnt seem to believe the story but offered fresh tacos, at this point I no longer wanted them after seeing how the young man, that was so courteous on my first visit, was treated by the manager as if he had done anything wrong by explaining to him my situation. I was asked to pull forward and after a long wait, keep in mind I was in my lunch hour, the food was ready but the young lady that brought it out was clearly in a bad mood now due to the situation. I will not come back to this place and its truly not worth the money.

I have been to this location 10-20 times, due to its close proximity to my work, and most have been decent. But my most recent, and last, experience I had here will make me never go back. I paid with a $20 bill for a $16 order, And they did not have enough change to compensate me... they were only able to give me $2 of my change and didnt offer any other solution or compensation. That was not the worst part though, the $2 I did receive much have been frantically scrounged from under a counter or a forgotten corner somewhere in the restaurant because one of the bills was relatively clean but clearly had some bite marks from what I could only assume was a rat or Some sort of rodent and the other bill was half-decomposed, browned, and covered in what seriously appeared To be blood. I threw my change away promptly and did not touch anything important until I could sterilize myself. I will never go back, ever. Please save Yourself that kind of experience

the sign says "best burger in town". actually it was perhaps the worst burger ive ever been served. low quality ,pre-cooked, chewy meat. yuck! the microwave burgers you get at a gas station are much better. the fries were even worse. cold, dead, under cooked, limp and greasy. if i hadnt paid 8 bucks for this garbage i would have given it to the dog. i feel sorry for the staff, they will soon be looking for a new job as this place will never survive on robert st. do not waste your money. what a tragedy. zero stars.

the prices were okay and the server was very kind. the food was pretty greasy and not much flavor. I ordered the red chillies chorizo burger and my brother got the spicy one but neither o e had much taste at all. I also ordered guacamole and when I got home I saw they gave me a tub of cheese instead. wasnt the worst experience but I was hoping for better.

So We heard it was good. We ordered some cheese burgers. Not good. Way to many onions.Why? To make it taste like something. The burger itself is tasteless. The burger kind of looks weird too. Over processed or something. I will be going back to McDonalds. Never will I try Burger Time again.

Authentic burger joint. Think Culvers without the custard or corporate branding. Burgers so juicy you dont need any condiments. Fries are the closest thing to McDonalds without going to a McDs. Onion rings are the best side.

This place was GREAT when it first opened, everything was Fresh, Friendly and clean , its going down hill FAST Management better get their head in the game and turn it around or this place will be closed by the 1st of the year.

Walk up windows, outside tables. Friendly service and decent fast food burgers, fries, and shakes. More options than, say, a Five Guys ... but perhaps not as well executed. If youre in the area -- worth it. Otherwise, pass.

I like the street tacos, very tasy but they put too much onions so I ask for none. The cheese curds are good as well. I dont like how expensive they are when they only give you 3 little tacos, overall its an okay place to go.

Great burger and fries and you should try the apple pie. Glad to have a Burger Time close by. There is to be one in Elk River that closed about 10 years ago and then the closest was Waite Parke so this location is great.

Well, I would say, being that the place is still new, the workers in the back appeared rushed. The burger was sloppy and expensive,and Im not saying it wasnt good, but give it a few months and it may be better

Very sh*tty establishment..not the food itself. These people RUN OUT of everything. Ive been told they were out of chicken, queso & tortillas on different occasions. Its annoying and I wont be back !!

The red chile chorizo burger is amazing! The service is friendly. The drive thru is small and the wait is longer than fast food. But thats because the burgers are made to order. Awesomeness!!!!

First time there. Ordered the Double Bigger Burger. OMG! Fantastic burger! The meat is quality. Loved the toasted bun and all the toppings. This place is the In-N-Out Burger of the North.

Great chicken filet - excellent hamburger - can compare to a good "bar" burger. Only thing, it is order to go or eat at outside tables. Today happened to be a great day to eat outside!!

Been to this place twice now. Great food. Burgers, tacos and cheese curds are phenomenal. Daily fast and very friendly customer service. Would highly suggest this place to others
