Ridiculous! We thought we were on an episode of boiling point. From the second we walked in we got attitude and wrong orders throughout the 2 hours of being there. First off the waitress gave us one napkin, that I guess she expected us to share throughout our "wonderful dinning experience". Uh I dont know about you but I need more than 1/3 of a napkin after eating a burger. Well maybe not cause it was drier than dry. We had to send an order of Voodoo fries back 3 times because they were wrong. Didnt think it took a rocket scientist to know how to put cheese sauce, bacon, habanero sauce and fried jalapeños on fries, but obviously I was wrong. Then we got the wrong burgers and the burgers we did receive might as well have been hockey pucks, I mean they were BLACK. We were being serenaded by sorrys throughout our dinner, even though nothing was being done to try to solve the problems. Bye the 10 mistake they made the manager said she would take care of our bill... Except for the drinks because aparantly that is illegal... I can tell you that I wont be going back until they figure out what the problem is, because that is not okay.

I have family that adores Red Robin. Call it personal preference (mainly because thats what it is), but this just isnt my cup of tea. Or pound of beef, whatever. Not that the food is bad--its good food, well made Im sure, and maybe its what youre looking for. But when I go to a burger place I tend not to go for the Big Kahuna Blue Cheese Slathered in Toppings burger, which is kind of Red Robins specialty. I go for the plain jane "just the facts, maam" burgers, and as far as those go, they just dont stand out for me. Not bad, just not memorable--and since their prices run a little higher than the fast food competition, Id like to have a burger Ill remember in the morning. For the right reasons, anyway. Im also not a fan of steak cut fries, which are what they have, so theres that too. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly & helpful, so take most of what I said at what it is--one guys opinions of a burger joint. If youre a fan of the "Everything but the kitchen sink" style burgers then youll probably love it here.

They have awesome Gluten Free buns which is a HUGE PLUS! We go very often...never had an issue w service or the food. This family Loves Red Robin!!! They also have a dedicated Gluten Free fryer for Fries! :). Gluten Free food is getting easier to come by in Spfld, but this is the only place I can have a bun & fries w/o an worries that my Celiac Disease will act up due to Gluten. I normally get a pretty plain Burger... cheese, bacon (maybe), mayo, & veggies. Still LOVE it more than any Ive ever had. My hubby likes their burger w the Egg on it a lot. They have great chicken too. My son is very picky & eats there every time we go...only chicken & fries, but he does eat it so, thats huge for us as he doesnt eat anywhere else & hardly @ home as hes SUPER PICKY!!!

The burgers are huge and the ideas they have for burgers are unique, but they are really greasy and I dont like enjoy most of them past the first few bites. The service is hit or miss, sometimes you get a great server who cares and tries hard to make your experience, and other times you get a server who seems to only be there to collect a pay check, and that makes the experience that much worse. But I cant say I hate it and I know some of the servers work really hard. If you like greasy burgers and get a good sit ever you may love this place. I personally dont. But thats me.

Red Robin yum. Worst frozen burger Ive had in a long time, I had the ghost pepper burger, and for starters we waited a long time for our food. While we were waiting I took notice of how the interior was a mess long overdue to be dusted and wiped down. Handprints on the glass on the walls dust on every flat surface, Im fixing to have to eat here, and Im disgusted that theres literally no housekeeping going on. It had just opened up for business that day, guess the cleaning crew missed the entire dining room or something.. sorry red robin, guess its not yum.

I had never been here and I will never go back. Service was super slow they advertise unlimited fries we asked three times to get more fries and only got one basket to share with two people. Spirits over priced and portions small for price. The overall experience was not good. We had a trainee who was fantastic but her trainer received no tip for not doing his job at all. We even had to ask for help from other servers and results were poor. Over priced poor service but decor interesting but definitely not worth going back.

Im usually not much of a complainer when it comes to going out to eat, but my first and last visit to Red Robin was HIGHLY disappointing! Overpriced everything. $5 for lemonade, $14 for a simple burger. They forgot the bacon on my burger, the "crispy" onions were NOT crispy at all...in fact, they werent even edible, and the macaroni and cheese barely had any cheese at all... just plain pasta with a small sprinkle of shredded cheddar. NOT worth it!

Myself (42), three year old son, 10 yr old nephew and my folks stopped in for lunch on Saturday June 24th on our way to Branson. Great food and hospitality. Our service was beyond on point, especially being in the industry myself for 20yrs. Thank you to Drake our amazing server and rest of the staff that made our family meal extra wonderful. My son and I live in Va Beach and my folks are from West Plains. Keep up the great work.

Typically a great option for the family. Stopped in for a unfortunate waste of time. They left us and a lot of people waiting in the lobby while the restaurant was empty at dinner time. After a 25 minute wait and we ordered food they tell us the grill is down. Really. Couldnt you tell us that when we walked in? Left with nothing. Good thing there are a lot of other restaurants that want our business.

Red robin can be quite bad but most of the time it is one of my favorite chains ever I personally think it is 4 stars for quite a variety of reasons first of all the food is good the service is nice the waiters are friendly the wait isnt too bad but the reason it didnt get that fifth star is cause of the consistency of the wait food and service otherwise it would have been rated 5 stars

My first experience with Red Robins will be my last experience with them as well. My burger was nothing special no better than a Big Mac,at Double the cost..The service suck i had to wait like 5 minutes for refill on my soda, and my waitress was hardly ever to be found at what seemed to be a slow time.the only redeeming factor of my entire meal were the bottomless fries.

This place has best varieties on charred grilled hamburgers and dipping sauces for fat steak fries. And if there are those into veggies, soups, salads, or fish, this place got that covered, too. The bar has amazing cocktails and beer selection. The atmosphere is retro, vibrant, and fun. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. I vote this the best hamburger franchise.
