Came in one evening on our way to the cities for dinner. There were two people in front of me. The manager that night was a complete jerk. (Thin, late 30s or early 40s, and a blonde bun). She treated not only her employee working with her but also the customer in front of me so horribly I almost called her out on it and left, but I wanted that coffee and definitely didnt want spit in it. The employee looked crushed, and the customer was so embarrassed and looked like she felt so stupid thanks to this manager. They both looked like they could have burst into tears at any moment. Absolutely appalling. When it was my turn I tried to give the employee my most understanding smile I could muster up. This woman should be fired. I wish they wore name tags so I could complain directly to Caribou.

There were seven people working when I came in today with my two parents and younger sister. All four of us ordered a drink and it took ten minutes to get our orders! There were seven workers, four customers, no one else in the store and it still took forever. Very disappointed in the service and they had leaked coffee grounds everywhere on the tiled floors!!! Disgusted by the cleanliness and service of this location, I dont recommend it to anyone!

Just went through the drive through. For the third time Ive been to this Caribou Ive gotten a drink that is not only the wrong size, a medium that was supposed to be a large, but it was also almost half foam. Making it more like a small. If it had been a legit full medium I probably wouldnt mind as much but it was half foam. Ridiculous. And again not the first time this happened..

Quick stops here work well. Nice location right off of 94 is easy to get too and has a drive through to make those quick stops even faster. The courteous staff is very helpful and quick to get you anything you might need.

I order the same thing every morning - a coffee with skim milk. 80% of the time they dont put any milk in it. That is your business - coffee. Wait time is longer than usual compared to any other caribou I go to

This is the one place I always want to stop while driving from Minneapolis to Fargo. I really like this place very quite and peaceful. Staff is incredible very very friendly with good service.

I stop at this Caribou a couple of times a month. I have had almost all positive experiences. Good service, good drinks. Only once had a barista who had no smile.

Impossible to get a table.. otherwise good service and friendly staff. Dont expect to use a laptop unless you have good battery to wait for a plug in
