We went on a Monday with family. Sat for an HR with our waiter only serving us drinks. When my brother in law went to refill our drinks for us the waiter rushed over and said he couldve done that. From there the waiter went on to interrupt our questions as to the wait with "we needed to realize" he was busy, there were only 5 servers, we had a large party and he didnt put our order in right away, thats why it was taking so long and people were coming in after us being served food and leaving while we only recieced one round of drinks (sodas) . He also told me as he left our table that he was happy he told me off! We had children with us too. If I ever go back there it will be too soon! The manager was the only reason we didnt get up and go next door to have our lunch! To top it off our food was still less than pleasing!

The food is always good, but it can be a wait. Not suggested if youre on a tight lunch schedule. I do miss the old BWW wings sauces choices...they used to have like 20+ flavors/choices and reduced it to something more like 10 choices. Half the fun for me was trying the different flavors. This restaurant is a good choice on game day as they have screens just about everywhere you can imagine. The bar is large and accommodating. The beer is cold and the wings are hot and (if you like) spicy! This place is usually kept relatively cool, so you may want to bring a sweater if thats not your thing. For me, it is absolutely perfect on a hot summer day.

Job had me working here. Not to familiar with the area but the person at the front desk at my hotel told me of a Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. Ive been to one of your restaurants before and service was great there the food was excellent same thing at this location friendly people good food nice environment

Great place to eat for any occassion. They are very fast despite how busy they are all of the time. One of the best places to eat in Harrison. Remember to give your server a great tip!
