The smoothie was good, but I received terrible service. Ive never been here before and decided to try. The customer service was horrible. I walked into the store and stood right in front of a female cashier. Other employees were walking around and acted as if i wasnt even there. There was no customers at the moment so it wasnt busy. I was not happy that i was pretty much ignored. Finally after 10 min of standing there the manager approached me and asked if I had been helped. No apologies from the employees. Kind of a rant, but Im pretty disappointed.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe! I work right across the street at M.E. & I LOVE that im able to call ahead of time to order and have it ready to go and just pick it up on my break. Super convenient.. The staff there are always friendly & Extremely accommodating. My favorite smoothie is the Kiwi Quencher with EXTRA vanilla yogurt. & The Thai Chicken Wrap is phenomenal... You should definitely try this place out. (:

The smoothies are unbeatable here. They are made with real fruit and come in pretty large cups! Although I love the smoothies, I cant say that I have been all that impressed with the staff the times I have been there - I always get the disturbing feeling like I am interrupting something. The prices are a little high, but if you want a real fruit smoothie, it goes with the territory. Overall, worthwhile!

I had a chicken caesar wrap that was alright. I later noticed the discount on smoothies with a food item, which the cashier didnt suggest. The door is hard to open which takes about 1 minute to adjust. Maybe Ill try a smoothie based on the reviews if I go back, and possibly rate higher based on that.

Ive been coming to TSC for 2 years. The fruits and veggies are incredibly fresh. Add ins are plentiful and reasonably priced. And most importantly the service is beyond compare!
