Was very dissatisfied I have been to this location 2 times now and the first time I left feedback to corporate and never got even as much as a apology!!!!! Then I try to go again and all I ordered was a 5 dollar crave box and they dident even have my usual drink Baja blast!!!!! When I get my BOX MEAL it is thrown in a bag I asked to up charge my hard taco to a Doritos lacos And dident even get that after I explained that I would pay the upcharge!!! My burrito was smashed chips smashed all over the bag and to not even get a full cup of cheese I maybe got 1/4 of the regular amount!!!!! This is ridiculous you are there to do a job and it is expected to be done right every time!!!!! And on top of all of this I waited in line for ten min with no one else in drive thru for a box meal this is unacceptable!!!! I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to not visit this location because they can not do there jobs right and dont even do anything to fix there mistakes!!!!!! And for corporate to not even answer my emails or a person in management to not even acknowledge there mistakes is uncalled for maybe you should stop having fun and do your jobs!!!!!! I have worked at a Taco Bell before and we never had wait times any longer then 3 min and even that is unacceptable there is no reason 4 items should take 10 min what makes it take this long has still got me!

In five out of six visits my food was made wrong. When I addressed this with the manager he told me to contact another manager later and walked off. Im currently writing this 20 minutes into waiting for my order. Ive seen at least 20 cars go through the drive through. No respect for those willing to walk inside. Also when I finally had my incorrect orders replaced they made the order incorrect just as before which I pointed out immediately and had corrected.

I went to two 24 hour McDonalds tonight, and despite waving at crewmemebers inside the stores, was ignored and had to leave both places with no food. However, when I rolled up to Taco Bell, at 1am, the service was quick, the food was as ordered, and the staff was pretty friendly despite the time of night. I certainly know who values customer service now, and will be driving right past McDonalds for my next late night snack.

terrible terrible service. waited 20 minutes to get my food then to realize everything was wrong. tried to go inside and the doors were locked so i called and they had me talk to the manager and she hung up on me!!! called again... she hung up again. ended up having to walk up to the drive threw window. then took 20 minutes to get the food right. terrible service

No dedicated cashier when I came in. A worker who was preparing food at.the end of the assembly line came to wait on me. She took my order and my money while still wearing the sanitary gloves on her hands. After taking my order, she went back to the assembly line but did not change her gloves and continued preparing foods for customers including mine.

Taco Bell not only was the worst fast food ever , cold , not correct , dirty , employees were very disrespectful, this Taco Bell should not even be able to be open , its not even one star , there is a girl there her name is Sabrina who is very racists. I never met her but the way she treated me was wrong , clbottom line is close this lace down

Cashier was nice, as was manager. Food was very subpar for Taco Bell. Grilled wraps were not grilled, tortillas were torn, and none of the burritos had a lot in them (very skimpy and deflated-looking). Manager asked us to complete a survey but not sure if I will, because it wont look good with corporate.

Dont expect to sit in the drive-through for less than 30 minutes. Oh, and when you finally do get your food, I guarantee it will be short... and what is there will not be what you ordered. If you really want Taco Bell, do yourself a favor - save yourself the frustration and hunt down another location.

I HAD to give them a star to review but even thats too much for them. I sat in line for ten minutes with one car in front of me. I had to pull off before getting my food so I wouldnt be late fore work. I cant believe it took that long just to not get food.

edit: Seems like they like to mock you while ordering your food now. I dont know if the kid was trying to be funny, but it came off as rude. They mostly get it right. Eome employees seem like they want to kill themselves even when you are nice to them.

Every time.... very poor portions of meat, cheese, and lettuce, in the 12 pack taco meal.. some have lots of lettuce and almost no meat, some have lots of cheese and no meat, some have a bit more meat and no lettuce. Lets get a set portion of everything!

Just looked at my order, T Bell. I ordered one chalupa. I got one burrito. Charged for a chalupa. Not even angry, just hurt. Like I trusted you? I ordered one item? Three stars for friendly and fast service, two stars off fit the heartbreak.

This place does not know how to make Tacos! They were fast with the food but there was nothing really inside the Tacos, Had way more cheese then meat. The one employee seems like she didnt want to be there or even cared.

Pulled up to the drive thru and they said they were "out of product". I asked if they were out of everything and they said "yes unless you want a beverage" ...what? That doesnt even make sense.

Okay if youre desperate for some Mexican type food, a little pricey for fast food! Staff is friendly and the place is clean but stick to the basic menu like tacos everything else is just so-so

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru at 9:30pm. Then the order was wrong had to go and wait again. This is not the first time this has happened. Never will I go back again.

I dont know what it was the day I came, but I ordered a crunch wrap, and two soft tacos, and they were done in 30 seconds. Nice speed!
