If I could give this place no stars, I would. I usually go through the drive-thru but I didnt feel like spending 30-40 minutes in the drive-thru. Tonights visit proved that going inside and going through the drive-thru makes NO difference at all. THE worst and slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. I went in and ordered, ticket stamped for 7:05pm. At about 7:20pm, they decided to tell me that they did not have steak for my steak steakhouse burrito I ordered, but they were able to fulfill my order for the steakhouse burrito with "chunk chicken.." For the record, I paid 70 cents extra for shredded chicken for that one. Needless to say, they I had to remake that burrito when the lady had a confused look on her face. I also ordered no sour cream on the steak one, and sour cream on the side for the shredded chicken one; they charged me 30 cents to put my sour cream on the side (as seen on the receipt attached to this review). Finally left the building at 7:39pm. 35 minutes!! There were 4 or 5 people before me, and EVERY single one of them had something wrong or missing from their order, and that is no exaggeration. Got home, and the steakhouse burrito box that comes with chips and QUESO, came with chips and SALSA. These people want 15 dollars an hour?! What a joke!! Only thing that will get this place anywhere is the fact that they are all very nice people, they just suck horribly as a team. They need to get it together. UPDATE: I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. They must have cleaned house and started over because I have been back 3 times since my initial review. Each of the 3 times have been a satisifying experience. The staff seems to care about their job, and I have been in and out within 7-10 minutes each time. And the food has even had better quality. I dont know what it is that they did, but whatever it was, it worked! Keep it up! 2nd UPDATE: Just kidding.. Must have just cracked down on the staff for a brief time.. I waited in line for 35 minutes again today, with only 3 cars in front of me.. Insane. I need to quit eating crap anyway.

The online order process did not goes so well. Ordered and paid for from home. Went there. While sitting at the traffic light before getting there we "checked in" on the mobile app. The mobile app just shoed a blank screen. Got there and pulled up to the speaker. Told a person my name and that I placed an online order and made small chit chat. mentioned about the check-in on the mobile app. Waited. Waited. The same person asked me if I wanted to make an order. (???) Re-stated that we made an online order. Waited. Waited. (?????) Same person asked if we wanted to place an order. (???Really???) Re-stated again about our online order. The person sure sounded like they finally acknowledged that they had our order so we pulled ahead. Got to the pick-up window (the payment window was not being used). The person at the window handed us (x1) drink. (We ordered the (x2) box meals with individual drinks) The person at the window told us a total due. (???????????) This person had the same voice as the person thru the speaker. After an explanation session AND that same person telling us that we should have told her about our online order at the speaker, we had to pull around to the other side of the restaurant where the doors are to wait for our food to be made. Not happy the least bit. Havent been there in a very long time before this. Figured we would try it out. Now we know not to go there again.

Be sure to ALWAYS check your order! Good people, just really busy; and mistakes can happen. Also, eat your hard shells quick; after 5 min. the shell sticks to the (now even thinner ) wrapper due to the over saturated beef. This a corporate location, which is good, and their prices uniform to other corporate locations. Still insulted by the over inflated pricing, but not as insulted as you will be at a franchise location. They charge $0.30 to $0.40 more PER TACO and PER BURRITO ... like the one in Ypsilanti off of E. Michigan Ave! LMAO, as if it has the quality of authentic Latin cuisine ... or a food truck, for that matter!!! If you have to ... this Taco Bell is far less Toxic.

Ok. its over. Im done comming here. From people driving like crazy around this place, Im expecting some furious customers doing stupid stuff. I dont think anyone is actually coming here thinking theyre getting food. I waited a half hour to get my food just now. AND I JUST MOVED UP ONE SPACE!!!! The line dont seem to move much at times. Half hour on a crunchwrap hardly seems ideal. I dont know why I didnt stop at any other of the 3 taco bells on my way back. Im back in this freaking line that dont move, and lowering this to 2 stars. Edit: Made another mistake, stuck in line again.

I ordered a number 6 which clearly says chicken chalupa on the board. Opened it and it had beef on it. Girlfriend took it up and I looked at the bored it said chicken. This rude manager charged her 85 sence more per chalupa. I told her it clearly said chicken she said no thats just how its displayed. I was like thats false advertisement. She said psshh and waved my comment of like I wasnt even there. Now how is one suppose to know u have to say chicken or you will get beef if it doesnt say. Isnt customer always right? Specially when it clearly shows it on the order board?

Another T-bell that doesnt know how to substitute potatoes for meat. Why should vegatarians have to pay extra for Potatoes when were not getting a discount for removing the meat? Meat is the most expensive part of the food, ergo potatoes are cheaper than meat, ergo dont frigging try to charge me an extra 50 cents per item when it costs you less. A lot of T - bells have this figured out, unfortunately not all of them. However, they are polite, and pleasant. They restaurant was clean, and I think the mints, and wet - naps on the table was a nice touch.

I pull up and come in no one is at the resister. Its 2 young ladies outside smoking a cigarette but no one is at the register. The lobby has food under the tables cups on the floor under the reregister dirty all over. Yall should allow us to upload photos of this. Idk but looks like a new team is needed. Lobby must stay clean this makes No sense at all I arrived at 1030 says my receipt its 1050 still waiting on a 12 pack and a nacho bellgrande Im 6 months pregnant ready to get money back and never return smh yall need to handle this.

Good service on day shift. As I sit here at 8:30pm at night with me the only one in the lobby witch is a good thing. Looks like a pig was in here. Tables a mess, pop spilled on floor with piles of napkins on it. Tray stacked up on the trash cans. Sauces empty and pop station a mess. The head of management needsystem to stop in at night time once in awhile. No one here heard the word hustle on the night shift. For a busy location close to the freeway you would think it would be better kept up on. Day shift the total opposite here.
