I came here with a big group of people (25-30 people) for a cast party (we made reservations 2 weeks in advance), they had us all at separate tables, which was fine except multiple tables were forgotten, including mine. My table (8 people were at this table) was served our drinks while other tables included in our group were being served their food. Our waitress seemed annoyed that we would bring our business here and was not friendly or understanding when some members of our table asked for ranch or another drink. Our food took forever and came out greasy and cold (my stomach was affected by that later). Then, when we get up to the register to pay (all of us were paying separate) they had to call the manager over because they apparently put us all on one bill after telling the waitress we were all separate (this caused our waitress attitude to become even more sour than before). While we were waiting in line to pay; this man, who was walking into the kitchen from the bar where he had been drinking and was out of uniform, was staring at us girls in the group up and down and wasnt trying to hide it. As he continues to walk back in the kitchen, he gets one cooks attention and points directly at our group of girls and is talking and laughing meanwhile getting the attention of other servers/cooks back in the kitchen. They then decide to send out 2 more men who completely were checking us out in the timespan of us waiting to checkout. I feel like this description doesnt even come close to matching the amount of uncomfortableness and fear I had during this situation. I felt as though us girls were being preyed on. To top it off, in the parking lot, my friend was pulling out of her parking spot and someone jumped on the hood of her car and wouldnt get off until she had to honk her horn. This restaurant is not a safe place for anyone. I will never come here again.

Every time I go here I regret it. There are other BWW restaurants and I would recommend going anywhere but, this one. The waiter stand is always packed with the wait staff hanging out. If they would come to the table and refill water, grab a spoon, pick up food from under the heat lamps, get a box, give the check, and maybe get the salad before the food, I wouldnt care. Thats never is case though. Instead I sit at my table hoping that when I am trying to signal the others at the wait stand, theyll stop hanging out and tell my waitress to turn around and check on the table. Where was the manager? If this happens every time I go there than they need training or someone to be in charge of telling the employees to check their tables. This time we had Cynthia as a waitress, my ticket says 4:20, it was Saturday 7/15/2017 and there was barely anyone in there.

ordered wings got 1 drumstick out of 12 wings, I asked the bartender about it she says "you get what you get" also the menu beer selection doesnt match what the bar has, they have a very limited selection. As I arrived a waitress knocked over a cup towards me she laughed it off saying she didnt like me anyways, this place needs a complete gutting of employees and management. this is a terrible restaurant....

Came in last night. The servers were clearly overwhelmed. Every table was not bussed full of garbage.I sat for 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. Four servers walked past me and said nothing. What looked like a manager, did the same. After no hello, sorry, be right there. We got up and left. I am a server and cant believe what happened. That would never happen at my restaurant.

The food I get here is always really tasty but the service is slower than other restaurants and sports bars. I like to get the shareable chicken nachos which I feel is a good value for two people. I cant not mention the wings, though, which are top-notch in flavor and price. An overall great place to eat and watch sports.

Food and severe is terrible. The last 4 times I ordered my favorite chicken sanbwich. Not one time did they get it righr. So this time I played safe and ordered a cheeseburger. There not even real. It was a terrible processed boxed patted burger.

Waited over an hour for our food most of it was cold and awful. Our party was 12 people if a restaurant can not handle 12 people on a slow wednesday that is just useless. Not the first time we have had problems at this BWW, but will be the last.

One of the managers, Chad, is a stand-guy, really takes care of his staff. The staff is usually kind and attentive, definitely a positive dining room/ sports bar experience. Good stuff all around, but dont buy the beer; bring your own.

Service staff is great. The wait is way way way too long for wings. It hasnt changed. I dont know if itll ever change. They are consistently the worst in town for speed. Its tossed wing for heavens sake, it shouldnt take that long.

Have to watch the time couple of times brings the timer over late for the 15 minutes couple of times had went over the time and was avoiding the coupon for the free lunch one even put the timer on another table

Love the mild buffalo sauce. Wings are absolutely tiny compared to local competitors. The removal of 2-wing Tuesdays has caused me to no longer go here, but I still show up for UFC events from time to time.
