I stopped at this Burger King and placed my order outside paying with my credit card. After arriving home, I asked my wife if she had the receipt since the food I ordered was for her. She checked the bag and it only contained the food. At that point, I placed a call to this store and the phone rang between 15 and 20 times or more before someone finally picked up the phone. I told this individual that I had not received my receipt and wanted the total. At this point he informed me that I would have to drive all the way back to get a receipt. When I arrived at the store, the manager who failed to give me the receipt the first time simply asked me what I had and printed me a receipt showing a total that could have been given to me on the phone saving me from having to drive back to this store burning $3.60 per gallon gasoline. Next time I will go to McDonalds or Wendys where I always get a receipt for my purchase at the time my card is ran and I dont have to return later for one.

They forgot my drink. The line was long and I had to return to work so I came back the next day telling them what I ordered who the girl was that served me I even had a receipt! They refused to give me the drink that I had PAID for. Theft. Poor service. Long lines. Bad response time. I decided to go there (3 months after previous review) because I love their onion rings and was hoping it would have gotten better. I ordered only one large onion ring. Surely they cant mess that up. I get home look in the bag, its a large onion ring filled only a third of the way. Are you serious ? Dont go here, just dont.

This is one of the worst BKs I have ordered from. Out of the 7 or 8 times I have ordered at the drive through they have gotten my order wrong 75% of the time and the other 25% the food was cold or so disgusting looking I couldnt even eat it. I took the survey on the receipt and when they asked if i wanted a call back I click on yes and to this day not a single call back.

Just got my lunch at 12 noon, my entire order was cold, everything tasted as if it had been reheated over and over again it was disgusting! This is a very last time I will be going to this restaurant!!! The morning staff are fantastic and the food is always perfect. But the noon shift always seem to serve horrible food. May 28th, 2017.

This is a terrible burger king slow service bad customer service went for lunch today waited 15 minutes in drive thru line and still had a car in front of me so i left there was only me and 2 other vehicles in line which the 2 vehicles in front of me had already taken there orders before i pulled in. Its always this way when i go there

Cold, stale food. I ordered no tomato and got all the tomato. It was literally the worst chicken sandwich i ever had and i gave my order twice before he got it right. And then still messed it up. Never. Again.
